Dear Groundhog, you can NOT be the huge klutz that I am. It takes me forever to learn ANY choreography. The stuff in CTX took me months! I never did get Rhythmic Step down very well.
But with DVDs it's a lot easier. I used that workout blender to learn Step Blast. For example, I programmed it to play the warmup, the first combo three times, and then the cool down. This way I don't have to stop and rewind.
When I figured the first combo out (it took forever) I then programmed the player to play the warmup, the first combo, the second combo three times and then the cool down. That took me about two weeks, and then I was ready to move on.
I learned the third combo the same way and I'm just now getting through the Step Challenge, which is a lot of fun but hard for a klutz like me.
Another help is to learn sections with a shorter step than you are used to. When you're tired, you can't concentrate. So if you usually use 8", make it 6". If you usually use 6" make it 4".
