Gym Styles vs. Slow n' Heavy

Can anyone help me with this? I have the Gym Styles but I haven't actually done a rotation yet with them. I use GSLegs regularly but I just haven't incorporated GSCT and GSBBS yet (although I like them). I've read on the forums that alot of people saw results with S&H as far as definition and increase in strength. I need to increase in strength before I can get all the way through GSCT. I was wondering if it would be worth it to buy S&H and do a rotation using it for a while then do one using the Gym Styles. Any thoughts?

You can certainly buy S&H and use it for strength gains (it is a great DVD and is a nice change/mix to the GS series). However, you can also work up to doing the whole of GSCT, as well. I still can't do all of the pushups, but I do what I can (I alternate the sets, do 16, rest for the 14, do the 12, rest for the 10, etc). You can also use lighter weights, etc. Start with what you can do and build up from there. You will see strength gains with the Gym Styles (pretty rapidly, I might add).

You could also try doing one of the GS premixes... I think the superset premix for chrst, triceps is very doable and effective.
