Gym style workouts

I have most of Cathe's weight dvds. I am thinking of getting all 3 gym style dvds. Any comments good, bad that you have to say. I have watched the video clips they look great. I would just like to hear from you that have tried these workouts.

I like GS's to alternate w/ SH. GS workouts are hard and build muscle endurance. To increase muscles size and defintion I use S&H. The combo of the two is nice.

Hi Deb...I love the Gym Styles. They are a longer, tougher version of Musclemax IMO! The GS Legs workout does standing and floor work...YEOW, its tough but I think it is very effective like all the GS's....:)...Carole
 
Thank you everyone, I think I will order them today. They do sound tough yowsa! I love that she uses the bands and stability ball in the gym style workouts too. You are always so helpful.

The chest and triceps one is pure misery (the good kind) with lots of soreness the next day for me. Really effective. The other two are also wonderful, I do them a couple of times a month. They're fun, they push me to failure and they're effective.
 
You'll be soooo glad you got the Gym Styles. I LOVE them! You'll definitely get great strength gains from them.

I was getting great results from the gym styles before I got pregnant.I can't wait to really delve into these workouts again post partum. I think they are a must-have.
