Gym Style Rotation

No, but it would be easy to do a rotation with GS. Just split them up during the week and add in cardio in between days. Example:

Mon.: GS Chest & Tri's
Tues.: Cardio & abs
Wed.: GS Legs
Thurs.: Cardio & abs
Fri.: GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps
Sat.: Cardio
Sun.: Off
