Gym Style Rotation is Fabulous!!

I have been doing an older Gym Style rotation for the past five weeks,and I love it! The chest tricep dvd killed me! Wow! All those pushups were felt for several days afterward. I have to say it is the absolute best rotation that I have done yet! I love the calorie burn and the way I am feeling!

If anyone is interested, it was the December '06 rotation, and although I said I have been doing it for five weeks, I don't know why I said that, I have only just finished my second week of it. But I love it!
 
That's too funny, Jodi. I bet it just feels like 5 weeks. I know when I was doing a GS rotation and it was tricep day, I would literally shout "I don't want to do it!" at the tv! It felt like it was ALWAYS tricep day.

I just checked my Cathe Rotation spreadsheet and I did that rotation last year. My notes: "Awesome rotation - more definition in arms/weight loss".

Why haven't I done this one again?! :confused: Looks like I've found next month's rotation!
 
now I will have to get the gym styles!!!! LOL I onle have the legs one and its my second favorite dvd!
 
The GS's are one of my most favorites! I agree 100% about those triceps. One of my top 5 is GS legs. I feel this leg workout more than any other in the right places for me. :D

I'm dying to see this rotation - but the link takes me to the forums. Guess it's another bug that needs to be worked out. You don't happen to have it and could cut and paste it could you? I'm doing my own thing with GS and would love to see a formal rotation.

Not December 06, but has Gym Styles

I just started doing the May '08 rotation, which also uses Gym Styles. I didn't have the Dec 06 in my printouts, so I'll list this one for you here.

WEEK ONE:

Mon: GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps. Also, 4 Day Split Bootcamp(CARDIO ONLY)

Tues: GS Legs

Weds: 50 Minute steady state run PLUS Seg One Coremax

Thurs: GS Chest, Triceps plus 20 minute bike ride

Fri: Kick, Punch and Crunch

Sat: Muscle Max

Sun: OFF or stretch

WEEK TWO:

Mon: GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps plus 4 Day Split Kickbox (Cardio & Abs Only)

Tues: GS Legs

Weds: Imax 3 plus Seg 2 of Coremax

Thurs: GS Chest and Triceps, plus 20 minute steady state treadmill run

Fri: Maximum Intensity Cardio

Sat: Muscle Endurance

Sun: Off or stretch

WEEK THREE:

Mon: Pure Strength (PS) Chest/Shoulders/Triceps plus 20 minute run

Tues: PS Strong Legs and Abs

Wed: Cardio Kicks

Thurs: PS Back, Biceps and Abs

Fri: Rhythmic Step

Sat: Step, Jump and Pump

Sun: OFF or stretch

WEEK FOUR:

Mon: PS Chest/Shoulders/Biceps plus 20 minute bike ride

Tues: PS Strong Legs and Abs

Wed: Imax 2

Thurs: PS Back, Biceps and Abs

Fri: 50 Minute steady state run plus seg 1 of Stretchmax

Sat: Power Hour

Sun: OFF or stretch

Here is what Cathe had to say about the rotation:

"Hi everyone! This month's rotation will focus on overall strength. As always, keep your intake healthy, lean and clean. By the month's end you can expect strength gains, cardiovascular conditioning, and body fat loss. Have Fun!"

I just started this one on Monday - I'm loving it so far!
