Gym style premixes

I was wondering if the gym styles have good shorter premixes that are still effective? I don't have the attention span to work 1 body part for 20 or 30 minutes.

Not like I need more workout dvd's but...I'd like 'em.

Hi Bella,

GSBSB is basically short workout. I think the shoulders is about 10 minutes and Biceps and Back are little under 20 minutes. Now Chest and triceps have shorter premixes, but personally I didn't feel the affects as good as the whole time. I did the supersets on chest, triceps. I don't like supersets, so maybe that is why.

Hi Bella, for the first time I did the premixes today. i wanted a total upper body, so I did the premixes from both the GS upper body. Each one has a 30 minute workout which includes warmup and cooldown. If you do these, you may want to increase the weight you use, but I enjoyed it.
 
GSL has two timesaver premixers that are about 50 mins but they are great because the really get your heart rate up into the cardio zone. Half is standing leg work, the other half is floor legs w/ the band or stability ball.
