gym style legs

Hi I am new to this forum. I ordered the gym-style legs today. I wanted to know if anyone has tried it?

I was hoping someone would tell me that, my legs need help! They have stubborn fat on them, and have some wrinkles just over the knee area.
I have worked out with "the firm " videos for the last year and lost appr 24 lbs . However I'm still not where I would like to be. I hope this tape motivates me, lately I feel like giving up...
 
Make sure to rest those legs the next day, too!! I did this the first time and couldn't believe it- had trouble walking the next day!! But it got much better after that first time.

You'll LOVE Cathe!!! If you've excelled past the Firm, she's a great next move!!
 
This workout had my calves sore for 3 DAYS :eek: :eek: !! It's a doozy to say the least. All I can say is pace yourself, don't go too crazy you're first time through with poundage, and be prepared for the possibility of feeling completely immobile the next day :D . It's a great workout!!

This workout is great!!! I especially love the floor exercises and my calves and hamstrings were sore for days. I could only walk on a treadmill for cardio for 2 days after. I just felt like my legs would give out with anything else. Have fun and let us know what you think!!!

I returned my Gym Style Legs dvd - I felt that it didn't even come close to Cathe's Pure Strength Legs. I also don't like any type of stability ball exercise - so, since GS Legs incorporates the stability ball into the routine, I couldn't wait to return it!

I agree that this is a great workout. I haven't done it for a while b/c it just hasn't been in my rotation but it's on the books for Friday so I'm looking forward to it but I'm also planning on taking it easy on Saturday:)
