gym style legs

The plie squats are done with a 15 pound db, which is passed back and forth from your right hand to your left. A different feel to that move. Also, two sets of SLDL's, one with your toes elevated on a 3 pound db. The other set using the step topper. The leg presses are done with a band. The floorwork is all different exercises than what is done in PLB. I've done this workout twice (floorwork 3 times) and right now....I find PLB to be a bit more challenging.

Roll In's on the ball
Inner thigh squeeze on the ball
Inner thigh lifts w/band
vertical outer thigh press w/band
outer thigh raises w/band

I stand corrected. I did GSL this morning. The plie squats in this one is with 2, 10pound dumbells. The weights used are 40 lb. bb for squats and SLDL and 8's and 5's for the remainder.
Today I did this workout and followed with PLB Up only Premix.
