Gym Style Chest & Tris

just wondering if anyone else experiences this or if it's just me & my impinged shoulder. the chest work is super hard for me to get all the reps in after the pushups. I can do all the dropsets of pushups on my toes even, though it gets really tough at the end, but then when you get to the bench press & flyes, I can barely get thru the 3 sets. I have an old shoulder injury on my R side & I can feel my limits pretty soon into the weight work.

I have done STS several times thru and not had this trouble. the other 2 Gym Styles are ok for me...good & challenging but I can get thru them fine.
 
I find the chest work in this dvd quite challenging as well. I find myself doing the express premix on this one, while I can do the other GS workouts all the way through with no problem. I also find the chest work kind of tedious. I know there's only so many exercises you can do for the chest, but it just seems to go on forever!! :eek:
