Yes, 72! They are done in drop sets, starting with 16 reps, then 14, 12,10.... The rests between sets is SHORT - I push pause and take about triple the time. Then when Cathe gets to the set of 4 reps, it's done on a 2-2 count; the set of 2 reps is done at a 4-4 count.
Oh, regarding my extra time during rests, after the set of 12, I get up and get a drink of water. But by golly, I get through them all on my toes!
