I was just commenting to my check-in buddies yesterday that if you do Meso 3 Week 1 disks (upper body) you can do a GS-style workout by only doing 3 sets of the 8 reps of the exercises. I did Bi/Tri/Shoulders on Sunday and the workout rocked doing only 3 of the 4 sets and I thought it would be great way to do STS 'gym style'! To replicate the lower body you might have to mix the rack legs with the weights portions from plyo to get the higher reps, though. I just did 2 sets of everything on legs today (Disk 37).
Regardless I'm game for some new workouts from Cathe!
