GYM STYLE 2

I did STS Meso 1 2 3.. took a week off then went to GYM STYLE..
WOW AM I SORE.. Its a great workout.. its shorter than sts.. so you are in and out.. !!!
 
Gym Style workouts are awesome and I'd love to see a Gym Styles 2. I think that would be great to trade off with STS and for shorter workout times I love using the premixes from 4DS has some awesome weight work.

I second Gym Styles 2 with Premixes like the other Gym Styles!!!:eek:
 
I would love to see another Gym Style series as well.

I haven't done STS (want to but need $cash$ first):(.

I have been doing the Gym Style workouts for only a couple of weeks but I always have that great soreness the next day. You know the one that says "You are now building lean muscle mass":D
 
I really seem to ALWAYS GO BACK TO CATHE..

I was just commenting to my check-in buddies yesterday that if you do Meso 3 Week 1 disks (upper body) you can do a GS-style workout by only doing 3 sets of the 8 reps of the exercises. I did Bi/Tri/Shoulders on Sunday and the workout rocked doing only 3 of the 4 sets and I thought it would be great way to do STS 'gym style'! To replicate the lower body you might have to mix the rack legs with the weights portions from plyo to get the higher reps, though. I just did 2 sets of everything on legs today (Disk 37).

Regardless I'm game for some new workouts from Cathe!
