Happy Holidays everyone. I enjoy reading these forums just about everyday and learn so much from everyone that posts ,so thank you so much for the information. Just a quick question,Iwant the gym stle legs dvd from my husband (among many others) for Christmas and want to know does the band come included with it or does he have to order it seperatley? Thanks in advance.

It used to be that you only got the band when you order the entire the Hardcore Series which includes the Gym styles. If you don't order the entire series, you will have to order the band from another source.

I know that there have been several threads regarding where to purchase the bands so you may want to do a search.

Your question about the band has been answered but I wanted to say that I LOVE THE GYM STYLE WORKOUTS!!!!! I have seen a lot of strength gains and they are just plain fun, I never dread doing any of them. They are SUPERB! I think you'll love the legs dvd.
