I loved the choreography and the music really rocked! I also loved the many, many close ups of Lorraine and Jai...my husband really, REALLY liked the close ups of Lorraine.

So far KP&C is the only BB workout I've done and I loved it! I was so happy to hear Cathe say 'Don't lean back on your front kicks'. Thank you!!!!! It used to drive me nuts to hear instructors telling students to lean back in order to get their kick up higher or better extention. The higher you kick you will naturally lean back a bit, but the intend isn't to lean back unless you are trying to avoid being hit by your opponent as you execute your kick. At least that is the way I was taught. My instructor used to tell me, 'If you have to lean back (or far over to the side for side kicks) in order to get that kick up, you need to work on your flexibility!' :p
