Great workout today!

Hi,

I am in such a good mood now! Woke up dreading having to work out and feeling real lazy. But since I skipped yesterday,something had to be done.

So far Monday was awesome...I did Combat 60 and Xtrain Chest,Back and Shoulders. Tuesday was Combat Core and Cross Fire ( first time..OMG! )and I made it through the Fire walker tabatas, with a lot of pauses. ( Is this designed to be finished in one go? You guys are Amazons if you do! )

Wednesday was " I refuse to get off this bed , give me my Starbucks and dairy queen and shut up about clean eating " day.

Thursday ... Combat 45 and ... Asylum 2 Agility ladder tutorial. Oh I loved it! I remember trying it before and not being able to move quite as well as I did today. I even lost track of time. So much fun.

I was even testing out the Xtrainer but had to stop for a webinar. I think I'm going to start incorporating the series little by little now that my cardio is getting better.

I could even do the t 360s no problem. I like the forward, back,in out,side,side,jump sciccors and burpees to air jack drill.Pure awesomeness.

Wednesday was a rest day for me. I too had a Dairy Queen although I always ask for extra hot fudge, I think I was short changed on this! Off for a run. Maybe I don't have to run as far since there wasn't too much hot fudge.

Today I did Lower Body Blast. Loved it!!! I almost did the premix with the leg conditioning segment added on, but I didn't coz I didn't get out of bed early enough (did not get a good night's sleep). Maybe next time though ... looking forward to doing that barre segment!
