I did Circuit Max today. I'm so thrilled. I have always been intimidated by Cathe's cardio so I mainly did her weight workouts and the early step ones. I just didn't see how I would ever be able to do that high intensity cardio.
Well today I did Circuit Max. I did have to modify down once in a while on some of the hi/lo but not nearly as much as I expected. This workout really has everything: great cardio and decent weight work. I can see myself going pretty heavy once I'm familiar with the workout.
I posted this to encourage people to try some of these difficult workouts. Sometimes you can do more than you think you can.
