Got the BFFM Book!

After reading all the positive posts about this book, I purchased it yesterday!! I printed it all out (I used my boss's printer-shhhhh).

I plan to take it to Kinko's to have it 3-hole punched for my binder.

I can't wait to start reading it! I wish I didn't have to work in an office, I could read and workout all day

Hi Susan ~

I finally took the plunge myself and bought it, printed it and then collated every two pages into sheet protectors! (I wanted to "protect" my "investment"!) This book is HUGE. I've just gotten thru the first chapter and am thinking about goal-setting.

I can't say enough good about this book. After struggling with those last 10 pounds for about a year, using the principals in this book I've now dropped 6 of those pounds. Great book.

Susan you crack me up How long did it take to print out???? And were you worried that your boss might come in while the book was printing???? Keep me posted on the book!!
