Got such awesome news!!!

Re the sugar thing, I notice that I have a lot more energy when I completely avoid sugar too. It has taken me months of going on and off sugar foods to get to a point where I don't crave it anymore. I feel so much better I don't think I'll ever go back. As well as more energy, I seem to need less sleep, and my concentration is much better too. (Makes me wonder if I actually have a problem with dealing with sugar.)
 
Shaz, I have heard so many people say the same thing. I have done some research to build my conviction for nixing sugar and it actually does have a chemical reaction in our brains and is considered a depressant. No big surprises there, I guess. It tastes good, but is so bad. Actually, after a while of doing without, it doesn't even taste good.

Missy, I know what you mean about the taste. If something has added sugar I really taste it now, and its not good!
