Good support bra

Need your help, please. I need a really supportive fitness bra. I am large enough that many times I cannot buy "off the shelf." As a result, some moves can be very uncomfortable and I limit the style of workouts that I do. I would appreciate any advice you can give!

I highly recommend the Enell sports bra. I am a D cup normally (now a DDD while nursing) and nothing I've tried works as well. They are pretty pricey, but well worth it!

Victoria Secret has a line of Sports Bras (Shock Absorber) designed for different support levels- one of which is maximum support. I like the medium support coverage bra because it has padding and shoes no peek through, plus it gives a good deal of support.

Title 9 rates the sports bras they offer by "barbells" with 5-barbells being the most support.

I recommend any of the above bras. I've used them all riding my horse, and if these bras can withstand my horse's sitting trot, they are keepers!

I do not recommend the "Wired and Ready for Action" bra available on the stie. I have one and it lets your boobies hang out there unsupported. Others might have a different experience, but I prefer the girls to be mashed up close and personal to me while I exercise. That way I can be sure nobody's getting into any mischief. And the "Wired.." bra does not do that.

The first bra loooks uncomfy but I promise you it isn't, although it is a major masher. The second bra is a Champion bra and I use it most for working out at home. The first and third bras I use for my most intense riding and schooling my horse. The third bra is not a masher bra, but somehow keeps the children in line. I think I even like it best.

HTH!

BTW, I am a 38D. Well, the remaining boob is, and the other side is a prothesis - very important to keep your balance on the back of a horse - heehee!

Big thumbs up on Enell for high impact. Champion's high impact are NOT for high impact, low impact at best. I have to double up on Champion and still do not get the support and suppression that Enell gives for a 34DD. Best of luck.
