I can barely lift my hands high enough to reach the keyboard, I doubled the amount of weights I lifted when I first did MM several months ago...eg...40 pounds with biceps curls instead of 20, 60 pounds with squats as opposed to 30.
Looks like this stuff is actually working, huh??
