Going to try Cathe's ab workout tomorrow

Do I need anything in particular? Weights, stablility ball, whatever? Or can I just go to it w/o any accessories?
 
The ab routines Cathe uses equipment with is: PUB and KPC, stability ball and ME, medicine ball.
Is that what you are looking for? Hope that answered your question.

Yep, thanks. Of course I don't have any of this stuff anymore. When I relocated I got rid of all my home gym stuff b/c I didn't really use it, and b/c the movers were gonna charge me an arm & a leg for it. Oh well.
 
I highly recommend replacing your stability ball. It is very useful.

Maximus, I like the medicine ball, because it fits nicely between the knees when she does crunches, otherwise a dumbbell is fine. I don't have a stability ball and find I really don't need one. At least in PLB, the ball isn't necessary, Brenda's modifications are just fine.
