Going forward with older DVD's

Hi Cathe,

STS has been amazing for me. My question is on going back to Endurance workouts like Power Hour, Muscle Max and mass building like GS and S&H how do we use the 1 rep max and be sure to use the correct weight? Would endurance based workouts be at the 60-70% and mass building be at 75-85%?

Great question! I'll be interested to hear the answer.

Unless Cathe advises otherwise, I plan on using the Meso Cycle's numbers just like you mentioned.
