Fun to read everyone's goals
I hope ya'll are successful.
Fitness goals:
1. Put Eat to Live back into practice
2. Stay injury free by not pushing too hard
3. I achieved last years goal of doing 20 "boy" push-ups in a row. This year I want to get to 40.
4. I'd like to build even more strength. I won't bore you with the specifics.
5. I'd like to lose the layer of chub that is hiding the awesome muscles I've built in the last year:7 --really my husband and I can feel them in there, it's just I have this thang about food:9 :9.
6. Buy a treadmill.
Non-fitness goals:
1. Prayer and bible reading in the morning BEFORE all the kids wake up and distract me.
2. declutter the house--ruthlessly.
3. Finish redoing the living room and upstairs bathroom
4. Limit computer/sudoku puzzle time--major time-wasters for me,(and here I sit....;-) )
5. Get up earlier.
