I read an article in Oxygen magazine about the use of glutamine to help build/maintain muscle for intense exercisers. I was hoping for peoples input on this. I am a lean body type and work hard to build muscle. I also love to run and when i train for races I really thin out. It sounds like glutamine may help me preserve some muscle during these periods. Any thoughts to help me decide to try it or not?
