I have several gliding workouts, but I usually don't use them as much as I use the discs themselves. Once you get some of the basics down, and see some of the ideas in the workouts, you can easily grab a gliding disc to work on lunges or 1-legged squats or even push-up variations or planks (though if you workout on wood or on puzzle mats, you'd have to have a bit of carpet nearby to really get them to work the best).
There are also several workouts by Mindy Mylrea as well as the some of the TLT's (Tracie Long) and a move or two in one of Amy Bento's weight workouts where you use rags (on wood floors) or paper plates (on carpet) to do gliding-like moves for lunges, and the discs would be perfect for those.
IMO, the discs themselves are worth the price (you can get them for $14.95 some places) just as easy exercise gear to take in your luggage, even a carry-on, when travelling. They work great on hotel-room carpet, and can be a fab addition to a vacation workout program. I like to do both cardio (side-to-side slides, like on a slide board) and resistance (various types of lunges and 1-legged squats, as well as chest and ab work) with them.
