Gliding discs

Hi, where do you get your gliding discs. I am looking for the wide ones such as Cathe and her crew uses in the new workouts. I am also looking for ones that don't wear out too frequently. I have been searching the web but I would prefer to get a recommendation from the folks here. I have also heard that furniture sliders are great and cheaper. Any experience with these?

Hi Cathy,
Glides certainly make a workout more challenging, huh?? This topic was just on here a few days ago...you can do a search...I believe the title was "Where can I purchase gliding discs" for more info.

I personally use furniture movers that I purchase at Walmart...the hardshell variety for carpets and fitness mats...the thick felt/rubber for wooden and tiled floors. I know the other thread listed other resources and suggestions as well! Happy training, Gillian
