Hello Friends of the Forum.

They're back, they're tasty, and Take them away please.

3 Boxes of Thank Yous in my house. One opened with two cookies gone and two boxes in the freezer.

Hope I can keep my resistance up.

Does anyone else have this siuation?
 
My fiance had me order FIVE boxes. I made him take them all to work!

The shortbread ones are my FAVORITE! Mmmm, with a good cup of coffee.........:9
 
Oh!! I got 4 boxes....I just LOVE the somoas..I did order a box of the sugar free ones. I want to try those. I am getting mine tomorrow from my friend's daughter...
 
I order from every GScout that comes near me. I remember selling those crazy things.

So far I've bought 6 boxes of Thin Mints. We keep them in the freezer. So cold, so good!

Tagalongs, samoas, they are calling me!!!

One of the Brownie Scouts I bought cookies from this year brought 9 boxes to me this afternoon. That's 9. One less than 10. No typo. ;-) I think I have 6 more boxes coming from the other little girl. (I can't and won't say no to a little Scout -- I remember those cookie-selling days myself!!)

DH will take them all to his office tomorrow. For tonight I may have to handcuff myself to this computer chair so that I won't bust 'em open! :D :D

Um, I have 2 dd's in Girl Scouts AND I was the cookie Mom. I had 108 CASES in my hands on Tuesday!!

But no, I haven't eaten any and I won't touch them!!
 
Oh Jennifer, your post could not have come at a better time!

I am the "cookie mom" for my DD's troup and I currently have 1452 boxes of GS cookies in my house. I just picked them up yesterday and I just finished sorting them by girl. Most of them should be outta here on Saturday, which can't come fast enough, cuz I swear they are talking to me!!! ;-)

I did allow myself to have 2 Lemonades last night with my tea. DELISH!!!!:9 And since I probably burned 2000 calories yesterday (I wish..) loading up 121 cases of cookies, then unloading them and stacking them in my breezeway, I figured I deserved to eat 2!! :7

I love the chocolate peanut butter ones-the peanut butter is all gooey and yummy in the middle? Oh dear.

I will resist, haven't seen any GS around Vegas yet but I am sure they will make a beeline for me--they always do!:7
 
Oh, I can relate!! We picked ours up on Mon night & passed them out Tues night. I still have half of the boxes that my dd's need to deliver and the 10 boxes that I ordered from my girls!

It really should count as a workout all of the loading & sorting! How were the Lemonades??
 
Fortunately they are so expensive you have to take out a variable interest loan to get a few boxes :7 :7 :7 Needless to say, those dang things can't be found in my house!
 
Thin mints so cold and so good??? HA! :p *IF* they even make it home! I can polish off a box by the time I get to the first traffic signal! Heehee!

Actually, I take couple cookies from each package I order and put the rest in the teacher lounge. So that's about 30 cookies for me...

Ahem, yeah, I complained about that a few days ago and was asking for strength :) to resist. I raided into the thin mints yesterday, ate 8 of them (not boxes but pieces)- hey could be worse. Thin mints are my down fall, who the heck bought them and brought them in my house anyway, ARRRRGGGGHHH
