Getting-to-know-you confessions

I whoop and clap right along with you, Marie.:)

Ummmmmm... I'm painfully shy in person. It was debilitating when I was younger, and as I matured, I forced myself to be outgoing in the hopes that it would make me outgoing. It didn't, but at least now I can function.

I don't know what a whooper and clapper are but I am the very opposite of shy. I am very loud and out going. The teachers used to tell me in school that when I talk everyone listens. I probably annoy a lot of people and I can't help it. I can't keep my mouth shut and it gets me into trouble some times.
And I always have an opinion about everything and I like to drink Coors Light....and there's all my confessions.

I'm a talker.......I answer EVERY question in EVERY workout ....out loud. Sometimes I dont answer very nicely tho.... but sometimes if I feel strong I answer AND high 5 Cathe (or Tony P90X)....
My dogs always come and peek around the doggie door to see who the heck is in there with me!

That is FUNNY....I do it too. When Cathe says in Low Max when we do the "bonus" slams and she says "bet you weren't expecting those" every darn time I said "oh yes I was" and yep, I swear at her some times too!!!!
I also forgot to confess that I am a compulsive person -- I don't do ANYTHING in moderation.

I'm a pack rat. I hate to get rid of anything because I'm convinced that someday it might come in handy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not an obsessive pack rat like some of those folks you see on Dr. Phil. I try to at least be organized with it and my house is in pretty good shape - certainly not tripping over things in the house. But I do have every credit card receipt I've ever gotton along with IRA statements, bank statements, etc. My file cabinets are full.

I also have tons of workout videos, most of which I will never do again, but I pack them away.......I have finally convinced myself to sell them on ebay because they just don't measure up to Cathe. Bye bye old workout videos!!:) You can take up space on someone else's shelves. But, don't ever ask me to part with my Cathe's or P90X. ;-)

Well, I clap along with Cathe, but I don't whoop. But I do whoop, very loudly, at sporting events. Does that count?

I don't whoop and I don't often clap . . . but I do yell and cuss when it's really tough.

Today, my kids and I made cotton candy. As I was doing it, I was thinking about all you clean eaters who are so good about what you feed your kids. I promise, I'll do better tomorrow. But we had a blast.

I answer Cathe too. Sometimes it is more of a mouthy talking back comment. My kids just ate marshmallow snowmen they got in their Christmas stockings, so don't feel bad about the cotton candy.

Also, I still count with my fingers and don't know how to properly read a ruler between the inches.

I am quiet and painfully shy at times. I don't like loud noises in the evening and prefer a bath over a shower.I don't like obnoxious loud talking heads and prefer the weather channel in the evening or Discovery Channel etc. Rosie O'Donnell's voice is very annoying to me as well as that Oxy Man on the commercials...oh, I cannot stand him!!!! I like adventure and challenges.

Even though I love and adore her, I call Cathe a b***h every single time I do the biceps section in ME. (Sorry Cathe)

I can be terribly self absorbed at times and sometimes I'm not the best listener. I also talk too much and can be very opinionated. Sometimes I wish I was a hermit.

Okay, I don't whoop and I don't always clap, but I really get down to some of those Cathe dance steps when nobody's looking...

Over Christmas one of my stepsons was having a sleepover and his friend came crawling out to see what was up -- with all the stomping on the step he thought maybe DH and I were having a fight!!! :)

I just smiled and invited him to join me. He declined. He must think our family is reeallllly weird :+

Confessions:

1. I secretly think I'm the cause of all problems. I secretly think it is my responsibility to make everything better.

2. I truly love to exercise but won't do it unless I have lots of time and feel relaxed so I can enjoy it.

3. I hardly ever feel relaxed.

Since it's just me, DH and the 3 cats, I rarely whoop and clap. I often find that I don't have the energy to do all the clapping! I like to listen to and move with the music, and for me the clapping is distracting.

clapping.... Ok I cant clap and step at the same time so I have to omit the clapping.... In High school I also could not type & chew gum either..... I lack some type of coordination genex(

I can't stand whooping, but I do clap. I am also painfully shy, but I am working on it.

Oh, my gosh...I am exactly the same. I am also painfully shy in person, have always been. I have never grown out of it. No matter how may times I tell myself I need to be more outgoing....it just doesn't happen.
