Given your current schedule, I'd suggest investing in the Cross Train Express (CTX) series, and the Timesaver DVD from the Body Blast Series.
CTX includes 6 complete workouts, five of which contain a cardio and isolated upper body muscle strengthening component, and the sixth workout ("Leaner Legs") is entirely devoted to leg strengthening. Four of the workouts (including Leaner Legs) have ab / core training segments as well. All six workouts are about an hour long, and scheduling them is a no-brainer - just do one workout each day and rest on the seventh. Just make sure not to do Leaner Legs and the Power Circuit workouts on consecutive days, because Power Circuit also has leg barbell / dumbbell work.
The Timesaver DVD is a compilation of footage from cardio and strengthening workouts from the Body Blast Series, and contains five complete workouts with cardio and muscle conditioning segments, much like the CTX structure.
Get these two products (note that CTX is 2 DVDs and Timesaver is 1 DVD), and do CTX one week, Timesaver the next, CTX after that, and so on.
