GETTING IT DONE January 2016 - January 2020

Good morning,

MishMosh Premixes: Scrambled #4 Mixes abs from Icy Core 1 throughout the main workout. - 58:51 is done!

I am not in the mood to do anything else today :( I am so sad after I left the vet yesterday. All I want to do is cry. I went to the vet with my dog Brawler, I notice every time we walk the dog he is dragging his right rear leg :( He also looses control over that leg when he walks on my kitchen floor. The vet thinks it's age related and he is getting old. He is only 11 years old. He gave him some meds, he believes could be a disc in his back. If this doesn't work, I will take Brawler to a neurologist. I also have to get him dog shoes. The shoe is called Neo Paws, the only place I could find them is in Canada. I guess, the shoe will prevent him from dragging his paw and filling down this nails. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Awesome job on our CCPP day! I haven't done it yet. Been busy with the bank getting things in order. Closing an account with them for they have started to charge $24 a month just to have it open! What???! Not having that! It's like paying to carry a credit card in your pocket.

Anyway....new account is open and transferring all payables to it now. :)

Maybe another rest day for me....will see. :)

Happy Easter!

Yesterday I went to ballet class and took the dog for a walk. Also did tons of shopping. No, most not for me, but still had a good time.
Today's plan - it's a long run day - 9 miles, but waiting until it warms up a bit more - heavily frost covered right now.

Belinda - Good idea to take it easier yesterday with the walk.

Heidi - Boo about the bank. Did you keep it a rest day?

Today I did:
ICE Low Impact Sweat cardio 2
SSOD bike workout: Endurance ride 10 miles PHEW!

Sweaty mess!

short and very effective

Sunday - yep, ran 9 miles
Monday - KW Resistance #3
Today - squeezed in 5 miles before going to DD's soccer game (home game)
Tomorrow - DD has an away game, so it might just be a rest day

You are all doing great! Will be able to chat more on . . . Thursday? Hope you are enjoying the spring weather!
