SBF UB = 30 min and Jessica Smith Fall Challenge D1 25-Minute Cardio Bootcamp Boogie is done! Jessica's Cardio Boot Camp was amazing, I am sweating buckets. I will take the dogs for a walk later today.

I will be back later this afternoon. Need to go grocery shopping.

Is it really November already? We actually had snow flurries, high winds and bitter cold last night, which kept the trick-or-treaters way down. Now, there's way too much candy in the house - not a good thing.

Got in my wo this morning - 2 miles of sprints on the tm. Felt great after several days of nothing - letting other things get in the way.

Belinda - Sounds like you had a great wo this morning. I'll be walking the dog, too, just wanted it to warm up a bit first.

Groceries, house cleaning, and all that stuff on the agenda here, too. Have a good one!

Yesterday was just a dog walk, as DH and I had to shop for a new sink and faucet for our bathroom. Sometimes very frustrating to shop with him, as he is very opinionated about what he wants, but can't describe why he does or doesn't like something. Argh! Now, we'll see how long we trip over the box in our bedroom. However, I think the dripping faucet is driving him crazy, too, so maybe next weekend?

Today, up early for some cardio - BS, since that's about my brain's speed right now. Trying to take advanatege of the time to change.

Belinda - great stretch yesterday. I'm sure it felt fantastic.

After my coffee I will do JS D3 Belly, Buns & Tights Yoga = 20 min. I am not sure if I add in her dvd Buns + Tight walk = 20 min ????? Plus, I will do SBF Classic Barre (LB) = 35 min. I am not sure, if I mention it but I am doing Jessica Smith youtube challenge it started Friday.

Sherry - I need a new sink for the bathroom. My husband is like yours, he doesn't like anything I like. So we keep looking. I need to make a run to IKEA and see if you both find something we like? Good job on the walk yesterday and your cardio today. We didn't walk the dogs yesterday it was chilly and windy.

I am back to report my workout: I just finished Jessica Smith D3 Belly, Buns + Thighs yoga = 20 min. Loved it! Plus Buns+Tights Walk = 30 min. Broke out a sweat with this one. I am loving the challenge so far! Tonight I will do SBF Barre.

So, I had this brilliant idea that i would do doubles today since I "only" did BS this a.m. My choice of torture was Intensity, and I'm now thinking that wasn't the wisest choice. I'm wiped.

Belinda - great job today adding on the Barre. I'm sure the dogs enjoyed the walk.

I also will do JS Cardio Ball Blast = 30 min + Flat Abs walk = 30 min.

Sherry - lol, that's a tough one. I guess, we like torture.

Hi all!

Been a very busy bee so far today. I'm off today, but still up this morning to be at the polls when they open, then get DS to back to school in time for his first class (he came home last night just so he could vote today), hit the grocery store because to get chili fixin's (it's cool, cloudy, and waiting for rain - perfect day to simmer chili all day long), then raked leaves - hopefully the last time this year, walked the dog, got in a 2 mile run on the tm because it was drizzling by then, STS XStretch, and now to make the chili. I think I'll need a break after that, but still want to get in some leg strength work, probably after DD's PT appt this afternoon.

Belinda - great job getting all that done so early today. Hope you get in the dog walk without rain.

Hi all!

Tonight I did the CLB cardio portion that I didn't do last night. Thank goodness it was only one time through - she could have made it one of her evil doubles! Not liking the time change - it's dark by the time I get home, so dog not getting her walks. Poor thing.

Not crazy about the chili I made. I tried a different seasoning, and not impressed. It was a wet mix, though I already threw out the package so I don't remember what not to buy next time. LOL!

Belinda - you are doing great! How's the pup? Fully recovered? And how's your tooth?

Heidi - So, how'd today go? You make it through those tri's without shaking too awful much?

Now to get a few things done around here. Hope you had a good one.
