Morning! Happy Friday! :)

Upper body I think today is the plan.

Last night I went for a 3.5 mile walk with my DH. :) Feeling my legs after that and CLB today!

What are your plans?

More guest this evening and Work as usual also today. Going to be a busy one. Hope to get back to check-in later.

Nothing Thursday - event up at the high school for the evening.

Off work today so wo done already - 3 mile run plus stretch. Dog to vet already, too. Next up - a massage to spoil me a bit, for a change.

Heidi - Good job CLB - love that one! Now the upper body will have DOMS to match! ;)

Belinda - How was the opera? Love the way your DH is spoiling you.

Trying to get a lot done today - probably too much as usual. Have a good one!

I came home last night, just finished my workout. I did JS and SBF Barre workouts.
The opera was amazing. We saw La boheme. loved it.

Yesterday no wo - but did get stuff done around the house.

Today did 3 mile run and stretch plus laundry, cleaning, and such. Still gotta get groceries, but we're going to visit DS for dinner, so . . . not sure when I'll fit that in. Dog definitely needs some time outside, too.

Gals - what are your plans today? Hope it's a good one!

I will do a nice, long stretch today. Been on my feet since 6 am this morning. My friend and her husband are coming for lunch. I cooked a early TG dinner, lol. The turkey was so yummy! I don't have to cook tomorrow.

Tonight was the CC team banquet, so using it as a rest day.

Belinda - High five on wo today. How's that booty wo? Feeling it at all? I'm sure that early TG dinner with friends was a nice visit.

Tough weekend with a bad migraine. Took a very cold early morning walk on Sunday to hopefully relieve it. Still hung on all day and Monday.
Woke this morning a little better. Hopefully on its way out!

No workouts except for the walk Sunday. Not sure what I will do today other than work and grocery shopping.

Off to get breakfast and more coffee to wake up.

I just finished Holly Perkins Balades Fitness - Power = 49 min. Really like it. Need to work my way through all my workouts, lol.
I also did JM Sole Sculpt - Full Length Total Body Fat Burning Home Workout = 40 min. I will do SBF Feel Good TB Tabata = 25 min this evening.

Heidi - sorry to hear about your migraine. Glad you starting to feel better.

Sherry - we had so much fun Sunday. My booty was on fire. LOL! Good job yesterday.

WO done - 3.5 mile run on the tm, of course. Way to cold outside right now for anything. Poor dog - seems like it takes us forever to dress to take her out.

Heidi - Hope the migraine is on the way out.

Belinda - That's a lot of minutes. Do I want to know how many wo's you have? lol I was looking at 21Day Fix again - are you still using the containers to control your portions? Is it helping?

Debbie - I never bought the containers. I use a measuring cup. I still measure my food. Good job with your run yesterday. How is the personal trainer working out for you?

My plan for today is: JM 20 Min Beach Body Pilates + DVD Flat Ab walk = 30 min. I also will do SBF Active Stretch 3 = 20 min later this afternoon.

I just canceled my preorder too. Too high impact for me. My body can't take it anymore. Plus, I need to work through all my other dvd's.

OI still a struggle with this darn headache. :/

Yesterday I did Runnervals 1.0. Then off to a busy work day.

Today was just work and tried resting this afternoon. A week now with this headache! :/

Belinda: Nice workouts! Wow!

Sherry: Great job on your TM run! I agree about the cold...way too cold for me too! We hope to have warming weather over the weekend. It should feel like Spring. So Weird!

I guess I should go back to the beginners rotation to get back in the swing of things. Just not up to doing much these days. I know it will help working out but tell that to my body that just doesn't want to move.

Today was Body Fusion. A good easy WO but still sweated and huffed and puffed. ;)

This headache issue is wearing me down. No stamina or strength at this point.

Going to do easy runs/bike and circuit type workouts like I did today.

At work so back to it.

I just finished JM Fusion Sculpt = 53 min. I still have to do SBF Inner Thights 3 = 15 min + Standing abs = 15 min and maybe I will do JM Core stretch?????
