GETTING IT DONE FOR MAY!!!

Hi all!

Sunday - Had a nice, quiet Mother's Day - just what i needed. Kids got me a salad spinner - a really nice one - very happy about that. Plus did XTrain Legs - nice DOMS after that one

Yesterday - 3.5 mile run whic worked out the leg DOMS from the day before

Today - rest day - really one of those long travel/drive days for work, so using it as a rest day.

Belinda - Nice that your kids took you to a wonderful brunch. Love your mixed up wo's this week. Nope, didn't order the DVD's.

Heidi - Great mix in your wo's this week. Keep up the great work!

See ya both tomorrow. Really exhausted tonight.

My workout for today is: JMBR cardio 1 and Bum Bum.

Sherry - glad you had a wonderful MD. LOL, on not ordering the dads:p Good job, on your workouts.

Just finished my workout for today:
LIS Tri Lower Body. Another sweaty workout! LOL! This got my hamstrings really good! Will need extra stretching for sure later.

Sherry: Nice job on your run and I hope that rest day helped. What are your plans for today? Are you out of town for a bit?

Belinda: Have an awesome workout! :) Are you on your last week of JMBR phase 1?

Next weeks plan I will throw in STS: M25,W26,F27 and /t: ride, thru: CSS, Sat: AB and Sunday will be yoga or a rest day. The following week I will go back to JMBR with wrkO 5,6 and cardio 2 mixed with Z. ;)

Finally finished my workout. Did Physique 57 " Thigh + Buster. That was a a$$ burner:eek: I also walk this morning and did JMBR.

Heidi - awesome job on your leg workout. Did you get that stretch in? Yes, I am almost done with Phase 1;) I really like JM in those workout. Like how your mix up your workouts. Good job!

Sherry - what did you end up doing today? How long will you be out of town?

Hi all!

Yesterday - dog walk only once I finally got back home.

Got in a 3 mile run tonight and a dog walk. We've had to change our route due to work on the roads here in our sub, and are walking a bit more towards the wooded area. Saw a deer, and the dog wasn't quite sure what to make of it that close (maybe 10 yards away?). ;)

Today was DS's birthday, so not even thinking about the calories.

Belinda - you are enticing me to think about BBL. I'm sure it's working you good.

Heidi - Wow - that's some rotation for this week. If you can stick with it, you'll get lots o' DOMS goin' on!

Just realized that I didn't stretch - and still need to get in a shower - so gotta run. Catch up with you tomorrow.

Hi Belinda: Thank you! I decided to mix different series to make it more interesting. ;) Your doing great with your rotation as well. :)
Nice job on your DOMS! I did get some as well! Still feeling them. HAHA! Doing extra stretching helps for sure.
Oh YEAH! Your trip to Germany is coming up soon! :)

Sherry: Hi! Nice job on your run! LOL! I guess your dog would be confused if it hasn't seen a large animal like a deer before. We have several around here and my cat thinks he is a mountain lion. LOL! He tried to tackle a large male turkey the other day. They squared off in a little dance to see who would give in first. Teddy decided it was just a little out of his league. LOL! ;)

I am looking forward to my rotation next week. It will be a good one with heavier weights. Doing JMBR or Z you don't really use that much weight unless you really want to.

Had a great morning/evening in Washington, DC! Went to a nice French restaurant, it was so yummy:p

I finished JMBR wo#4 and Less Mill Hard Core Abs a while ago! Really liked the ab workout.

Heidi - only 6 more weeks. I am getting excited. Haven't planned my workouts for Germany yet:rolleyes: Maybe I will bring Turbo Jam Elite, I only need tubing. I will figure it out soon. I don't want to go crazy either, it is a vacation:p Good job today.

Sherry - that's funny about your dog. We have a lot of deers around here. At the campground (where we stayed for over 8 month) my dogs wanted to chase the deers. We have a lot of wildlife around here. So how much cake did you eat. Mmmm....cake! Now I want a piece:eek:

Today is a rest day for me:D Been working out for 14 day's straight, need a break. Next week I will do whatever my mood strikes and JMBR Phase #2.

Hi all!

We've got company visiting for the weekend, so the most I've done is dog walks (no deer sightings). Maybe it's been good to give the body some rest.

Belinda - a wo rotation only using tubing is perfect for travel! That's also why traveling with Insanity was easy - no equipment required.

Heidi - Nice mixing heavy STS weights with lighter, hi rep circuits.

No idea what my plan is for the coming week - traveling the whole time. Will figure it out before I pack my bag.

Yesterday I did a quick itread 20min run before going to dinner with my DD, DH and DD's boyfriend. We had a nice evening with a campfire after.

Today I will Super Cuts seeing as I didn't do it yesterday. ;)

Thank you for the compliment on my rotation this week. It will be a good burner for sure! :)

Most of today will be spent doing bills and house stuff. Need to clean my car as well. typical weekend here.... ;)

Yesterday I did 20 min yoga, felt great afterwards. I need to start stretch more.
Today I will do a mix of LB/UB wo and abs. Today I am starting Phase 2 with JMBR.

Today was STS disc 25 for chest/back. :)

ood afternoon,

I decided to do Jessica Smith "5 week Summer Shape up" rotation. I did UB Meltdown + Below the belt (LB wo was tough) and Abs, But + Thights. I thought my arms gonna fall off today. The LB workout was so tough. My sweat was dripping down my face and onto my mad:p). I was soaked from head to toe:eek: Good workout! Loved it! BTW, I am down another 3 pounds:D Oh, before I forget I also did JMBR #5!

Heidi - how was D25? Good job on SC yesterday.

Sherry - safe travels!

How many programs are in Jessica Smith's workout? Sounds fantastic! ;) HEHE!

OK looked up Jessica Smith online: Are you following the workouts on YouTube? Or do you use the DVD's?

STS 25 is slow but you use really heavy weights. I am already feeling it!
Tomorrow is XT Ride and abs.

Good job on the weight workout today, Heidi!!

All the workouts are different. It's like a mix of workouts. Today was UB + LB and abs. Tomorrow is power walk and stretch. She mixes them all up. Wednesday is Metabolic Conditioning. I like the mix and my body is all confused. LOL! I will see how this week works out, meaning how much weight I will lose. Either I continue with the rotation or I go on to something different. I think I will stick with the rotation, they are a nice mix with JMBR workouts. Need to keep my workouts under or a little over 1 hour. My DD called me, he did the same JS workouts, she said she was sweating buckets too:p. She loved them.
