Out to dinner with my aunts last night. That was fun and different at a country western restaurant. :)

Now back to business of eating good and getting in my workouts! LOL!

Belinda: I am joining you this morning for JMBR #4! What else are you planning on? I will do XT Ride premix #1. Might have to shorten that one however..... ;)

Arms didn't have nearly the DOMS I was hoping for, which means go heavier next time. :)

I'm sure that dinner was entertaining.

Haven't tried Ride yet - maybe on a day I'm trapped inside and can't get out to run.

I woke early and did paperwork and house stuff. Ended up going back to bed around 10:30. Just plain tired today....might be a rest day for me.

Enjoy the rest day. I tend to really get exhausted when I'm pushing it hard several days in a row. Your body may just need the rest.

Game was a tie, tho we had a lot more shots. Just couldn't put them in.

Hopefully the coffee helped you get moving!

Now, to finish the laundry, dishes, and the other stuff I never seem to catch up on.

Z w/o the other day had 50 burpees total. I am feeling my tri,s back and abs for sure! ;)
JMBR is simple moves but you are moving non stop and get a very sweaty w/o in. When doing some of the floor work sweat kept dripping off my chin. Lol! Luckily I had a towel to mop up here and there.

I am doing about the same... House stuff never ends.

I am currently waiting to hear from my DD if we are going out to dinner tonight. It's ok if we don't for I am beat. ;)

Last night went to the ball game. 43* at game end - typical spring day in MI - Not!

Heidi - JMBR - still not buying - putting myself on purchasing hold. ;) Did you make it to dinner last night?

Belinda - Too funny about forgetting Sculpt. Happens sometimes when I have multiple discs to use for the whole wo (which means since abs are usually last, i tend to forget them a bit).

Argh sorry about the cold temps at the game. It rained here mostly on off yesterday same I guess for today.
I am not really sticking to a full rotation of JMBR. I am doing one week of each set instead.

Belinda: oh that sounds like a good w/o too! Nice job!

Well of to my shower. Not sure what I will be doing for the rest of the day.

Morning ladies,

I had an amazing day yesterday too. My kids took my out to brunch at my favorite spa/resort. Ate way to much, but who cares?:D

Today I am starting week 4 of my BBL/TJ + JMBR rotation. I am trying to decide what I will do next week? So many workouts to choose from:eek:

Heidi - good job on your run + Z workout yesterday. Do you do Z's workout every day?

Sherry - not sure, what's up with that cold temperatures here? Had to take my plants inside, it was suppose to get below 0 last night:eek: Where is summer?

Today's plan: LIS tri upper for chest, back shoulders. JMBR cardio.

Belinda: oh what a nice day you had with your family. :) have a great workout today. As for Z I am doing her workouts 2-3 times a week mixed with JMBR. Later I will list this weeks plan for ya. :)

It is cold here this morning. My son warned me about possible frost tomorrow morning. Guess I will be covering the fruit trees with DH tonight. :/

Heidi - looks like a nice mix of workouts! I love JMBR. And I am sweating like crazy too. Once I am done catching up on all my dads, maybe I will give Z a try:eek: Her workouts are tough:rolleyes: Not sure, if I want to work that hard anymore?

Sherry - hope you had a relaxing day yesterday. Good for you, for not buying more duds. Did you order Cathe's new dads? I did, but canceled 2 weeks ago:D I have enough workout dads to last my a lifetime:(

Sherry: How are you doing on this Monday evening? Any games tonight? You are working out sort of like me with cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. I am doing all at once because by the evening it just doesn't get done if I split it up.

So this weeks schedule looks sort of like this:
Tomorrow: Cycle Max and Z #3
Weds: LIS TRI Lower
Thurs: XT AOLIH and Z #4 (premix for LIH I think) ;)
Fri: LIS tri upper for back, biceps & core plus JMBR cardio 1
Sat: XT Super Cuts
SUNDAY: OFF or yoga

Good morning,

Today I will do JMBR #4 and Turbo Sculpt.

Heidi - your workout schedule looks great and it's a nice mix of workouts.
Haven't really decided what I will do next. Just found another TJ/BBL Hybrid rotation which is 10 weeks long:confused: not sure about that one?

Sherry - hope all is well!

I have to bring one of my dogs to the vet for her dental cleaning. I will workout in the afternoon. Have a wonderful day.
