GETTING IT DONE FOR MAY!!!

Morning girls,

Today is Power walk and stretch. Plus JMBR#6.

I am not sure, if I mentioned this? But all the Jessica's workouts are on youtube. She started a " 5 week Summer Shape Up" yesterday. All the workouts are FREE on youtube and it's open to everyone. If you want, I can post the schedule for this week?

Traveling again. Already did 30 min. incline walking (varying incline) on tm.

yesterday - nothing - long day.

Belinda - congrats on another 3#'s! You are doing great. Would love to see the wo schedule if you can post it.

Heidi - You've been doing great keeping up with you wo's - I'm sure even the DOMS feel great.

Morning girls,

I am up since 3 a.m:mad: can't sleep!

Yesterday DH and I went to a funeral :( My husbands friend he also worked with him, died of cancer last Friday:( He was only 42 years old. He was fighting cancer for the last 10 years. He was the first guy I meet from my husband's work, we looked at a house right next to his. So sad! :(

On Sunday we are having a party at my house. What was I thinking? :eek: We invited the all my neighbors. Thank goodness, Aleisa will help me with the cooking. I don't know if I should have a BBQ or cook something:eek: Maybe all that thinking is to early:p

Today I will do JMBR cardio #2 and JS " New Metabolic Conditioning".

I will check in after my workout. Happy Hump Day!

Maybe a cookout....if weather permits. That way guests can also bring stuff for a potluck cookout. ;)

No workout for me yesterday...tired, sore and very busy. Had some good DOMS from STS #25. ;)

Hi all!

Did another incline walk on the TM this morning. Would like to run, but don't have a roller with me - need to get a short one, but then I'm not sure it would fit in my suitcase - would need to leave my shoes behind, and then I wouldn't need a roller. LOL!

Belinda - Thanks for the link. I'll take a look at it later. We're having company this weekend also, and I'll be getting home Friday about the time they get there, so they might just have to wait for food. DH has about all he can handle with managing the kids' schedules on his own. LOL!

Heidi - Yay on stronger legs! I've been reading more about going deeper (butt bible gal and glutes guy - what they have on the internet - haven't bought their stuff yet) for squats, so I might be going lighter on leg weights for a bit. Anything to work the rear (hence the incline walking - really feeling that 12 degree incline!).

That's my short break. Hopefully I'll get a bit more time tomorrow for a longer wo - I did bring Travel Fit with me.

Did my workout awhile ago. Holy crap, this one was tough! LOL! Sweat was dripping down my face from start to finish. Great workout in a short amount of time.

Sherry - I know you have a lot going on. You can jump in whenever you want. I like it so far.

Heidi - good job on D26 and getting stronger. One of those day's I have to open my disc. LOL!

today was a bust for my workout plan of CSS. Woke at 3am and worked on paperwork until 6. Had a very bad headache all day. ARGH! Still have it and meds aren't working.

May try a walk/run..... :/ just need the energy first.

Belinda: How was your workout today with JMBR# 5 and JS " Dance Stretch? when do you head to Germany? You must be super excited! :)

Sherry: How's it going today? :)

Well maybe off to do something....it is now 8:25PM.

Heidi - JM#5 was tough. Lots of plank moves. Thank goodness, it's only a little over 30 min. JS Dance stretch was awesome. Nice and easy! I am all stretched out. Sorry, you not feeling well today. Hope you feel better. Have fun with your workout today.

Yesterday - nothing - was worn out, plus it was cold and rainy.

Today - so far I choose to sleep in. Will be heading home this afternoon, so at least a long dog walk. Tummy's been bothering me, so might be something I ate. Ah, life on the road.

You two are both doing great with you wo's. Plan to catch up this weekend.

Sherry: sorry to hear your not feeling well. Get some rest and feel better soon. Road trips get you out of your normal routine and can really do a number on your system. I hope getting back home this weekend you can rest and get in some quality food and calming walks. :)

Belinda: awesome job girl! I haven't done those workouts yet but sound great. I will be adding them in this coming week.

Yesterday I still had my headache issues but got moving with an easy 1.25 mile run to start. Then went on to STS disc 27 for bicep, triceps and shoulders. By the time I was done I felt a whole lot better.

Work as usual and then had guests for the evening.

Today is afterburn . Hope that it will knock the remaining headache out of my system.

Good morning!

I got home last night, and did get in a dog walk. Body wants exercise this weekend - actually craving it. Kind of cold this morning, so will wait a bit for a run, and some strength training sometime, too. We have company in town for the weekend (in-laws) and nothing really planned, so should be able to get it in.

I'm going to be on the road a bit this summer, so planning to hit the grocery store rather than restaurants when I can (which also means raw or microwave cooking), so thinking lots of salads.

Belinda - Thanks for the JS link - as long as I take my bands, those should work when I travel (and forget to take other DVD's . . .)

Heidi - Hope that headache goes away. A good wo can do that, tho not always a run.
