OMG ladies! You two have been chatter boxes! My phone has been buzzing every time there's an update. Need to figure out how to turn it off. :)

I'm swamped at work right now. And at home, the teachers are laying it on heavy - there's a month left still - that's on top of track and soccer.

XTrain B&T last night - the whole thing.

Today might be a rest day - noy sure I'll find time for a run. DD's game is on the other side of town.

Lots of conversation to catch up on - BBL when I catch my breath.

I am done with JMBR Cardio#1 and Turbo Jam Abs = 20 min. Forgot to add BBL Sculpt = 50 min. I am fried!

I woke early and did paperwork and house stuff. Ended up going back to bed around 10:30. Just plain tired today....might be a rest day for me.

Yesterday's wo - lifting a glass of wine (lo weight, hi reps) ;)

Today -dog walk plus 3.5 mile run - both done! :D

Good morning,

My plan for today is: High & Tight = 35 min, L. Secret = 20 min and JMBR Phase 1, Week 3 Cardio #1 =32 min.

I am in week 3 of my Turbo Jam/ Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid Rotation. After I am done with this rotation, I will concentrate on JMBR a little more, the workouts are getting tough this week:D I also like to keep my workouts under 1 hour;)

Wow! That's a lot of wo's in one session! JMBR getting tough as in endurance? weight? HR? time?

NROLFA has good explanations on how to progress on planks. Sometimes Cathe is a bit much, so this give me ideas how to modify.

Sherry: nice job getting in your w/o.s. I have found that cutting out white breads and pasta helps. I do totally agree that carbs are a down fall but adding more protein dies help according to Cathe's latest blog. ;)
Another added plus is doing circuits. :)

Oh yesterday was a bust for my planned cycle w/o so maybe add it today. ;)

Yep, carbs are the downfall. I tried to get the family to switch to wheat or brown rice pasta - they're not having any of that! I have been adding more protein and veggies to fill me up.

Circuits don't seem to give me the same level of results as heavy weight work with intense intervals of running/cardo, so I'm sticking with this for now.

I am done with JMBR Cardio#1 and BBL L. Secret. I don't think that workout ever get easier:confused: Lot's of squats and lunges. I need to give my legs a little break before I do High and Tight. My inner thighs are on fire from yesterday's workout, I think it was the JMBR wo:eek: I am so sore:rolleyes:

Heidi - all I can say " WOW" on your workouts today.

Sherry - I cut my carb intake and add more protein. Need to check out that book.

Off to take a little brake than back to my workout. Hate doing it this way, but I am hurting today. BBL!

Ah, but squats and lunges are the keys to a better booty, right?

Belinda: Awesome job on your workouts today! Phew! I am exhausted just reading what you did. LOL!

Today's workout was about 55min total. I love Z! It is quick and really challenges you. Hits everything too!

Today's Z workout: You do 10 Burpees and then 10 between each exercise and end with another set of Burpees. :)
50 Burpees
10 Jump tucks
20 Jump lunges
30 Kick ups
40 Jack (side) Kicks
Plus the abs

Yowza! That's one heck of a wo! How many Burpees total in this one? I do really need to try her sometime.

Now you're almost scaring me about JMBR! :)

School doesn't get out until 6/12, so we still having another month of craziness!
