GETTING IT DONE FOR MAY!!!

WOW! Where did the weekend go?

Saturday: run 3miles. Then had to pick up my DD and friend at the AP...Midnight! OI!

Sunday: Exhausted. Spent the day just puttering around, laundry and dishes w/light cleaning.
I did get in a 2 miles walking workout on the TM plus the cardio w/o from drop 2. This was just a 15 min. count down metabolic type workout. 5 exercises down 3 times around as fast and as many reps as you could get in @ 30 sec.

Today's plan: AT :)

Sherry: Nice job on your runs! How are you doing today? ;) LOL! on the Stability ball issues. You just reminded me mine could do with a little extra air as well. ;) Great job on PLB. Haven't done that one in a long time.

Belinda: HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL! :) Sounds like you had a good day.

Well off to start my day with a cup of coffee. :)

OK! I did my AT workout and burned up major cals. and fat. ;) Great circuit workout and it kicked my butt for sure.

Hey Heidi...so far I like them. And the scale is going in the right direction;) I like that the workouts are only 30 -36 min. I am sweating my butt off too. Give the a try, I think you would like them. Good job on AT today.

Wow! You two have been chatty today. Feel like I'm missing out on JMBR, but I have some DVD's that I've never done, so holding off on more purchases (still haven't caved on Cathe's latest).

Today's plan - just finished a dog walk, and XTrain CBS later after dinner.

Belinda - you are really working it out. Are you doing them back-to-back?

Heidi - Great job on AT and your runs.

Trying to really clean up my eating right now - scale isn't budging - inches aren't either. Carbs are really the hard part - runners like their pasta and bread.

Today I will do Turbo Jam Cardio Party and JMBR Workout #4.

Sherry - good job on CBS last night. I am doing them back to back:p I like to get my workouts out of the way:eek: I preordered Cathe's latest set whenever her last preorder date was and cancelled them 2 weeks ago:D I have no regrets:p Really don't need anymore step or lower body workouts. I wasn't interested in her spin/10 min workout. I am sure it's good, but like I said, I have enough workout dvds. On the other hand, if Turbo Fire goes on sale....I would be all over the place:p

Heidi - what are your plans today?

Hi all!

Busy day today: work -> dog walk then run 3.5 miles -> DD's soccer game where she scored the first goal of her high school career -> ice cream to celebrate! And I wonder why the scale or inches aren't moving down. ;)

Belinda - I love how you combine the different wo's - but I'm not letting you enable me. I did pick up the New Rules of Lifting for Abs at the library. Might give me some good ideas, especially for when I'm on the road.

Heidi - What did you get done today?

Good morning,

My plan for today is: High & Tight = 35 min, L. Secret = 20 min and JMBR Phase 1, Week 3 Cardio #1 =32 min.

I am in week 3 of my Turbo Jam/ Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid Rotation. After I am done with this rotation, I will concentrate on JMBR a little more, the workouts are getting tough this week:D I also like to keep my workouts under 1 hour;)


Sherry - what is the book about? Good job yesterday!

Sherry: nice job getting in your w/o.s. I have found that cutting out white breads and pasta helps. I do totally agree that carbs are a down fall but adding more protein dies help according to Cathe's latest blog. ;)
Another added plus is doing circuits. :)

Oh yesterday was a bust for my planned cycle w/o so maybe add it today. ;)

OK workout today: 30 min cycle which is a Jillian M. level 3 workout. PHEW!
Then topped it off with a Z workout including abs. :)

Good afternoon Heidi and Sherry,

I am done with JMBR Cardio#1 and BBL L. Secret. I don't think that workout ever get easier:confused: Lot's of squats and lunges. I need to give my legs a little break before I do High and Tight. My inner thighs are on fire from yesterday's workout, I think it was the JMBR wo:eek: I am so sore:rolleyes:

Heidi - all I can say " WOW" on your workouts today.

Sherry - I cut my carb intake and add more protein. Need to check out that book.

Off to take a little brake than back to my workout. Hate doing it this way, but I am hurting today. BBL!

Today's workout was about 55min total. I love Z! It is quick and really challenges you. Hits everything too!

Today's Z workout: You do 10 Burpees and then 10 between each exercise and end with another set of Burpees. :)
50 Burpees
10 Jump tucks
20 Jump lunges
30 Kick ups
40 Jack (side) Kicks
Plus the abs
