Hi all!
WO one for the day - dog walk plus Total Body Sculpting and finished with Glute Challenge Day 5 - 25 Bulgarian squats and 25 one-legged hip lifts. Wondering once again why I work out down in the basement - coming up the stairs is so hard afterwards!
Belinda - You should be beat! That's a lot to do in one day! I'm sure the variety complements each other. Can't believe the carpet costs that much! With a house, if it's not one thing, it's another.
