Heidi - have fun with your leg workout today. One of those day's I need to open Xtrain:confused: I hear you on the hardwood floors, rather have them too. DH want's carpets:eek:

Sherry - I try not to stress over the floor, what's done is done, right?

Morning girls,

I will do JMBR Cardio 2 and Jessica's " Floor Barre" today. Yesterday I realized I will not finish the JMBR rotation before our vacation. I am in week 7, starting week 8 next week. Meaning I am 2 weeks short. Maybe I will do the workouts back to back:eek: or do 2 a day? Hope this makes sense to you?

Morning! Actually it is now after 2PM! LOL!

Been busy this morning with house stuff and grocery shopping. First thing I did a 3 miler and then stretch max with the band. Oh did I ever need that!
I am sore...very sore in my lower half today. Need that cushion to sit on. HEHE ;)

Belinda: Sounds like you are really liking those Jessica workouts. :) Nice job yesterday!

Have a great workout today! Good luck with the remainder of your JMBR program. You could always pick-up where you left off when you got back from your vacation. ;)

Hey Sherry! What's on your schedule for today? Did you get in ME and lower body challenge? Make it a good one today! :)

Good morning,

Last night my lap got a hold of a baby bunny in our back yard:( The bunny was so tiny. At first I thought he had a rat in his mouth, that poor thing was screaming so loud. We called Animal Control, but they never showed up. We didn't know what to do? I didn't wanted that poor baby to suffer. So we took it to an Animal Clinic 12 miles from our house. By the time we came home was midnight. I will call this morning to see how the little guy is doing. I am praying he made it.

I did Jessica's floor barre yesterday, which was awesome. Another one I have to remember for the furtur.My stomach is bordering me lately, so I didn't do JMBR cardio 2. I will do the cardio today.

Heidi - good job on your DOMS and run. I love Jessica's workouts. No dread factor at all.

Hi all!

Today's Sunday right? Losing track with all that's going on.

Friday - work, then funeral home for visitation for a friend of ours whose brother suddently died of a heart attack at only 48 years old - very scary. No wo.

Saturday - drove to Chicago for the day (4 hour drive each way) to go to my brother's fiance's bridal shower. Long day, but did get in my glute work for the day - 100 squats and 100 hip thrusts.

Today - a little more time than the previous days - normal weekend house stuff cramme dinto one day so we could get to graduation parties. However, did get in a dog walk, UB Trisets, and 30 Bulgarian split squats and 30 single leg hip thrusts.

Kids have finals this week, and by Wednesday they are done! Yay!

Belinda - Oh, poor bunny. Hope that it is ok. Funny that you want to finish a rotation before you go on vacation - only saying that because I keep struggling with how to do a rotation with my crazy travel schedule. I know exactly what you mean, and if had the time, would probably be doubling up to get it done. :)

Heidi - 3 miler after an STS leg day? Bet you needed that stretch! How are the legs now?

Tomorrow is a very early day, so heading to bed and will catch up with you tomorrow.

Today I am starting week 4 with Jessica's Summer Challenge and week 8 with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.

I will do JMBR#7 and Jessica " New Bikini Body Circuit + 10 min Cardio Quickie".


Sherry- I am so sorry for your loss (((HUGS)) You have a lot going on, hope things will slow down for your soon. We called the vet yesterday, they told us they transferred the baby rabbit to the Wildlife Rescue on Saturday night. I feel horrible. I am not sure, if doubling up my workouts is a smart idea? I think, I will continue as scheduled. I will do another JMBR rotation after I came back from Germany.

You have had a very busy weekend no doubt. Glad to hear things are winding down very soon for your kids and the run around for you. ;)
Great job on getting in your leg workout.

Belinda: Oh poor thing...there really isn't too much you can do for a hurt rabbit. We tend to many here and some make it some don't. It is very sad indeed.
Nice job on your worlouts too. :) My legs are just starting to feel normal. LOL!

No workout Sunday or Today. Sunday I was just plain exhausted. Now I know why...I came down with a bad sore throat over night. Argh! Hate sore throats! Guess I am finally getting a cold of sorts. :0
Taking it easy for a couple days will help.

Hi all!

Long work day, but still made time for long dog walk, 1 mile easy run on tm (in socks to work on form), and 110 squats and 110 hip thrusts.

Belinda - Maybe doubling up is too much if you aren't feeling well. As much as I am in denial, we aren't getting any younger. You must be liking JM since you're thinking about another rotation. Glad the rabbit is at the right place. Hopefully the mother moved the next so the others aren't at risk from the dog.

Heidi - Rest and take care of that sore throat! Spring/summer colds are the worst - hopefully it's just allergies. Yes, I am glad things are winding down - we need the break.

Off to shower and go straight to bed. Catch ya tomorrow.
 
Good morning!

Yesterday - no wo - woke up with very sore knee and hip, IT band bothering me all day - and that was from only running 1 mile. Very frustrated. Stretched and rolled it, better today, but not sure what's going on. Should not have had anywhere near that irritation with that short and easy of a run.

Not sure of today's plans. Wanted another run, so will see how the day pans out. Might get in some weight work, too.

My PF/heal spur is back! Saw the foot doc this morning, got a cortisone shots:( I guess, no more JMBR for awhile:eek: Not happy about that! The doc said, for the next 2 weeks no high impact workouts. In 2 day's I can do low impact workouts again, if my PF/heal spur isn't bordering me a lot. Not sure, what I will do today? Jessica's workout for today, is HiiT, can't do that one today. Maybe I switch the workouts around? Or I do a XTrain UB workout? Not sure yet?

LOL, being in denial:p Since last year If it's not one thing, it's another:rolleyes: I guess, I am getting old. And yes, I like JMBR. Those workouts are very effective. Now I have to wait until I come back from Germany:(

WO done - dog walk before the thunderstorms started, then incline walk, not run, on tm, roll out IT band, finish with 120 wide stance squats and 120 hip thrusts. Glutes really getting the wo today.

Belinda - How frsutrating about your foot. At least you can find something to do, working around it. JM will be there when you get back. I think LIS might be ok, too. Try it? And look forward to your trip! I used to love it when my aunt traveled to Germany - always brought us Nutella back. Now it's not quite as special since we can get it at the grocery stores here.

Heidi - hope you are feeling better today.

Today I will do Jessica's " Sunset Stretch". Need to stretch my body.

Sherry - The shot takes a few day's to work, my foot feels worst since yesterday:( I can't step on my heal, it hurts. I think I have to wait until the pressure lets up. LIS uses a step, can't do that. After I came back from Germany I will start another round of JMBR:D

Decided that tonight I would try a 1.5 mile easy run. Run was good, and no IT issues. I decided not to do the glute work tonight, thinking that may have aggravated it the other day. I'll know more in the morning.

Belinda - Oh, not good that it hurts worse! Hope that shot kicks in. Good idea to take it easy. Prepare for your trip - your DVD's will still be there when you get back.

Heidi - what are you up to?

Today I will Jessica's "Barefoot Fusion walk+ Sunset Barefoot walk! I reviewed both workouts last night, looks low impact.

Sherry - the cortisone shot can take up to 3 day's sometimes:confused: I feel a lot better, the pain in my heal is getting better:D Resting it for the last 2 day's helped. Glad to hear you had no IT issues last night.

Heidi - hope you doing well!
