Hi all!
Today's Sunday right? Losing track with all that's going on.
Friday - work, then funeral home for visitation for a friend of ours whose brother suddently died of a heart attack at only 48 years old - very scary. No wo.
Saturday - drove to Chicago for the day (4 hour drive each way) to go to my brother's fiance's bridal shower. Long day, but did get in my glute work for the day - 100 squats and 100 hip thrusts.
Today - a little more time than the previous days - normal weekend house stuff cramme dinto one day so we could get to graduation parties. However, did get in a dog walk, UB Trisets, and 30 Bulgarian split squats and 30 single leg hip thrusts.
Kids have finals this week, and by Wednesday they are done! Yay!
Belinda - Oh, poor bunny. Hope that it is ok. Funny that you want to finish a rotation before you go on vacation - only saying that because I keep struggling with how to do a rotation with my crazy travel schedule. I know exactly what you mean, and if had the time, would probably be doubling up to get it done.
Heidi - 3 miler after an STS leg day? Bet you needed that stretch! How are the legs now?
