Morning! Happy Sunday to you all! 
Argh no workouts for Friday and Saturday. Friday was a very busy work day. I was up at 5am and right to work first thing. After paperwork
was ready for work I vacuumed and mopped all the floors from the 1st and 2nd floors. Dishes and laundry done. Off to work by 11am.
Saturday I was totally exhauseted! I did stay in bed longer trying to make up for waking most of the week at around 3am. I was feeling my
shoulders and back from all the mopping for sure. Ended up taking some advil for it.
Up around 7am this morning and feeling a little better. Today I will do S&H chest and back plus a run. 
Sherry: The bike or runs I do are great for a warm up before Z. Her workouts a short 10-15min long but boy are they tough! I do a good stretch
after too. Because they are short I can always squeeze them in and feel like I accomplished something for the day.
Great job on your workouts using P90X3.  

 These are also short and a great mix in with running. 
Belinda: Nice job on your 21D Fix Extreme workouts! I am still looking at those too. LOL! Yup I did preorder!!!! Oh boy! 

The presale prices just can't be beat. I figure by the time we get them and divide the cost over the months its really not that bad. LOL!
Is that an excuse? I love new workouts and have a hard time passing them up. Yup I am so guilty!
