Getting it done for June 2015

It's June already?

Sorry I've been MIA. Been busy getting things ready for the soccer banquet, which is tomorrow night. One more year of crazy things like this. then it clams down, right? Wo's have been mostly dog walks. I'm spending way too much time sitting at the computer working on photo stuff, so my back and hips are bothering me a bit ('course, I'm not sitting with good posture, so that's all on me). Waiting for Wednesday to come up for air. Not enough hours in the day or week.

Belinda - Thanks for getting us rolling on June. Sounds like DC was way too much fun - spa and wine bar - and with your DD - that's like the perfect day.

Heidi - Pool might be open, but if it's anything like here - it's way too cold to think about it. I like running one day and biking the next, which starts again in a couple days.

Hope you had a good one. Catch up with you Wednesday. Really. I promise.

Sherry: One more day! Just one! That's it right? ;) Wednesday I hope you get in a great workout! I agree that sitting too long is
not good for the hips or anything else for that matter. Have you tried sitting on your stability ball instead? It forces you sit up and
the balance challenge is great!

Belinda: Thanks for getting us going for June 2015! OMG! I can't believe that it is coming to the middle of another year already!

Yesterday was my typical hectic and busy Monday. Hate Mondays! LOL! Along with everyone else I am sure.
I managed to get in a late Itread #2 20min and ZCuts Power Strength WO #4.
After doing Z's pistol squats I notice and still feel my left butt cheek....hopefully not pulled! I will do added band stretching for sure today.

This morning up early and have to get my blood drawn for my appt. next week. Argh! Hate needles and going to the lab for anything.
Had to fast for 12 hours as well so no coffee this morning to get me going.

Do you ladies workout on the day that you have your blood tests? Maybe I should just take another rest day... Will see.

Well I better get this butt moving soon. Make it a good day and get in something if you can.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday :( I did 21 DF Ext. Upper Fix and took my dogs for a walk. Today I will do 21 DF Ext. Pilates.

Did you guys hear about Cathe's new dvd's? It's suppose to be a intm. workout with a modifier :)

Heidi - you are welcome :) Time flies doesn't it :) You must have worked your left butt cheek real good, lol. Make sure you stretch really good. Fantastic job on your workouts, girl.

Sherry - I can't sit for to long. Everything starts hurting me, lol. Get a good stretch in.

Belinda: Sounds like you had a very busy day yesterday. :) Nice job on your workouts!
Butt cheek is getting better but really it was set off from PLB last week. LOL! I was going to do that WO
again this week but I am chicken. Maybe stick to running, biking and 20-25 speed-sculpts only for now.

I just received that email announcing the PreSale for ICE. OH Boy! What to do.... I too like the idea of having some
modifiers for the exercises. Great Plan!

Sherry: Its Weds! So how's the plan going for the rest of the week? ;)

Today:
Runervals 1.0 BP 4.5 Used this as a warm up for a Studio Sweat OnDemand Speed Sculpt. Which of course just
had to have lunges and squats involved. Oh boy..will see how my lower feels tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be a SSOD bike and ZCut Power Strength day. Debating to either to stick to disc 1 or move onto disc

Hi all!

It's Nat'l Running Day, and I got to go for a run! Yep, sure did! Just 2 miles plus dog walk. Soccer season is over, so I should have my evenings back. Now to figure out how to balance the running and strength training.

Saw the announcement for the presale - what timing! I just ordered Iron Strength for Runners. Need to hold off for a short bit.

Heidi - Great wo's today. Good plan for tomorrow.

Belinda - Nice wo's and dog walk today. How are you liking the Extreme wo's? Are they that much more intense that the first set? Do you modify a lot? Which set do you like better?

I went for a long walk with the dogs this morning, in the rain. LOL! I also did 21 DF Ext. Lower Fix.

Heidi - WOW, on your workout today. Nicely done!

Tonight's wo - P90X3 TS. Liked the balance work in it - very good for the hips and glutes. I have a feeling the abs will be feeling it tomorrow from those boats. Not sure I'm doing this rotation yet. Gotta figure out if it will fit with the running schedule.

Heidi - You sure make up for it on days you do work out! How do you handle adding the ZCuts at the end?

Belinda - at least you were able to walk the dogs before the rain. How was that one for an LBWO?

Dinner on the grill - chicken breasts and asparagus - not only time to wo, but time to eat healthy again.

I am done with 21 DF Ext. Cardio. That workout is tough.

Who is ordering Cathe's new dvd's? I can't decide if I want the dvd's or downloads or both? Do I really need more workout dvd's? I just bought JM Body Revolution for $40. I am completely out of control :D

4 mile run plus X3 Yoga and dog walk. Well, definitely know that my left hip/glutes are much weaker than the right again. Why haven't I been keeping up with my exercises?

Belinda - Great wo. Though I say I haven't decided about the new DVD's, but I always gave before the presale price goes up. You do find great deals, so are you really out of control?

Heidi - Hope you were able to get something done today.

A lot done already today, including wo - Agility X - that was a sweaty mess - and dog walk, plus groceries and errands. Cleaning up now to hit some graduation parties.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday :( DH and I went to a town near us and spend the day shopping and eating lunch there :) Yesterday I did 21 DF Ext. Dirty 30 and today I will do 21 DF Ext. Yoga.

Sherry - wtg, on P90X3 :) Yes, I am out of control, but I can't pass up those good deals :( I haven't ordered ICE yet…..I still can't decide what to get? You really can't beat the presale prices.

Morning! Happy Sunday to you all!

Argh no workouts for Friday and Saturday. Friday was a very busy work day. I was up at 5am and right to work first thing. After paperwork
was ready for work I vacuumed and mopped all the floors from the 1st and 2nd floors. Dishes and laundry done. Off to work by 11am.

Saturday I was totally exhauseted! I did stay in bed longer trying to make up for waking most of the week at around 3am. I was feeling my
shoulders and back from all the mopping for sure. Ended up taking some advil for it.

Up around 7am this morning and feeling a little better. Today I will do S&H chest and back plus a run.

Sherry: The bike or runs I do are great for a warm up before Z. Her workouts a short 10-15min long but boy are they tough! I do a good stretch
after too. Because they are short I can always squeeze them in and feel like I accomplished something for the day.

Great job on your workouts using P90X3. :) These are also short and a great mix in with running.

Belinda: Nice job on your 21D Fix Extreme workouts! I am still looking at those too. LOL! Yup I did preorder!!!! Oh boy! :)
The presale prices just can't be beat. I figure by the time we get them and divide the cost over the months its really not that bad. LOL!
Is that an excuse? I love new workouts and have a hard time passing them up. Yup I am so guilty!

Happy Sunday!

5 mile run, and no IT pain! So happy. Plus dog walk. All that done plus errands because the downpour will be starting shortly, and that'll be the rest of the day. I need to do a good stretch or yoga, probably between laundry loads.

Belinda - Sounds like you and DH had a pleasant day. Good job getting in your wo's around the fun. I'll be getting the DVD's - not quite to the download phase yet.

Heidi - All that housework does make for a good wo, too. I bet you were feeling it in the shoulders if you did both floors. How was today's wo?

Need to get going on the laundry. At least groceries are done. Enjoy your day, even if you end of cooped in side like us.

My shoulders are still sore and of course yard work and or pool cleaning didn't help this weekend. LOL!

Today I did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back. Gonna be feeling it all for sure!

Do any of you take a B vitamin? Does it help with exhaustion? I am seeing my Doc tomorrow for a check-up and part of this
is because I am feeling so wiped out. Especially after the blood work last week. Legs are weak....going up two flights of stairs
for work about flattens me. OI!
