Well, I did get the cardio wo in - Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance. However, bagged the leg and ab wo - just to worn out. This is exactly why I need to separate them.
Heidi - Checking in 3 times today? Not much going on? I'm with you - motivate each other to at least get in one wo every day. I think Monday will be my rest day. I need Sunday for my long run.
