Quick post. Cardio done - Insanity Fit Test - good, quick wo to get the heart going. Not sure if I'm going to do Insanity Rotation.

I am finally done with my workouts:confused: had a rough day, didn't sleep well last night. Been tired all day long, tried to take a nap..hopeless:confused::( my cell rang nonstop. Glad my workouts are done. I did D4 (CSB) plus AC " Yoga abs" and SM with the bands.


Sherry - good job, today!

Hello Belinda and Sherry! Hey to Allee tpp! Busy weekend....

Caught a case of poison ivy which has been rough these past couple days. Not getting enough sleep because of the itching. I get up several times to put some cream on it that is suppose to stop the itching but makes it worse for about 15 min. and then kicks in to last only about 1-2 hours. OI! Hate this stuff!!!

Yesterday I did LIS and ab hits 7min workout.

Today was BR day July 20th 2011
After I did MM. !!! Great workout and shaking for sure! HAHA!

Nice job girls on your workouts!

Belinda - not sure if I'm committing to a whole Insanity rotation. Right now I want to do 30 minutes of cardio in the a.m. and having the preplanned rotation with wo's of about that length helps remove my excuse. In the p.m. I will still be alternating running with weight training. Are you increasing weight in the second week of the same discs or keeping it the same both weeks?

Heidi - High Five! Amazed that you can do MM after BR! So sorry 'bout the poison ivy. Were you working in the yard? Hope the itchies go away quickly!
 
Hi girls,

Sorry, for not checking in this morning. I did do my workouts early this morning. I couldn't check in, had to get ready to go to a notary and sign the closing documents for our house in El Paso. Tomorrow it's final!!! The house will no longer be ours. I don't think I ever signed so many documents in my life:)

This is what I did this morning : M1 D4 plus 30 min gentle yoga with Suzanne Deason, love that workout. I also walked the dogs for 1.5 miles.

OH NO, Heidi!! (((HUGS)) that stucks! Hope you get some releave soon. Awesome workouts, btw!

Sherry - be careful and listen to your body, so you are not overtraining. Those Insanity workouts are not a joke!

Where is Allee??

I will do D6 legs tomorrow. This way all my weight training is out of the way.

Hi all! I did get my run in this evening - 2 slow miles plus a 1 mile warm up and cool down with the dog. Feels really good.

Belinda - I'm sure you are relieved to have everything over with that house! now you can focus on finding the new one. Yes, I'm listening to my body and making sure it gets the rest it needs. Right now the knees are feeling good. Making plenty sure I get my stretching in, too.

Time for one more episode of Buffy before we hit the sack. See you all tomorrow.

Thank you for the cheering on my workouts. ;) I am going to try to get one workout in at least everyday and Sunday being my rest day.

Legs are sore only a bit in my hamstrings and top of butt. ;) my upper is Sore all over! :)
Today will be a run. Outside if possible. :)

OK DONE:

I did icycle #9 20min workout. Oh boy did I feel my legs on this one! HAHA! The hills were tough for sure after yesterdays workouts!
I added Core Max #2.

Tried the jump rope low squats from BR but my legs felt like lead. Did 20 and called it a day.

Off to shower and work.

Later I will go for a walk/jog in my trail. ;) This should loosen up my legs a bit.

Hi, :)

checking in again. wow! three times today. HAHA!

I did my trail run in Essex. 4.8 miles under an hour. It was pretty hot and humid today so it was slow going. The loose rocky hills were the hardest. I made a point of being very careful on these as to not twist an ankle.

I will post a couple pictures of today's run on FB.

Hey girls,

I did my D6 legs around 4 pm, late for me. Had trouble with skype today, wouldn't connect for some reason:(

I used my weighted vest, loved it! Glad I bought it! Still need to pack for tomorrow:p can't decite what to bring? I only have some much cloth.

Heidi - you rocked your workouts today, wtg! And all that in that heat!

Sherry - what cardio did you do? I used 80# for squats today with the weighted vest.

I don't think I will check in until Sunday, leaving for the RT tomorrow.

Well, I did get the cardio wo in - Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance. However, bagged the leg and ab wo - just to worn out. This is exactly why I need to separate them.


Heidi - Checking in 3 times today? Not much going on? I'm with you - motivate each other to at least get in one wo every day. I think Monday will be my rest day. I need Sunday for my long run.

Allee - sending ((((hugs)))) We're thinking of you and will still be here when you can come back.

Belinda - How exciting! First selling the house and now leaving for the road trip! Have a blast! We'll be looking for you in the pictures!


Now to chill with some more Buffy, but not as late as last night. See you in the morning at the gym!

WO done - Insanity Cardio Recovery. Glad that I didn't work the LB last night, or those squats would have really done me in. As it was, it was a welcome change of pace.

Tonight I need to get in a run.

Today I did a warm-up with PS back then BR July 22nd 12min w'o. Then finished the PS back program. The stretch felt great!

I am totally feeling my upper from the past few days! I went a little lighter on the weights today and found that I could have actually gone heavier! Go Figure!!! HAHA! Oh well better to be safe than sorry.

After my run last night my legs were tight but today I have no DOMS at all. WEIRD! Just as well I guess because I have a leg workout coming up soon. ;)

Tomorrow's plan: BR July 25th. this is mostly abs. So I will do a cycle workout or step routine first. Then add on PS biceps. ;)

HI!

Run done - quick one tonight because it got hot and humid again - bummer - only 1.5 miles. that's ok - need to take it easier some days.

Tomorrow's plan - Insanity Pure Cardio - it's about 40 minutes. I'm enjoying them. They aren't as bad as I thought they might be - think Cathe's more than prepared me - but they are shorter than most Cathe cardio. I haven't put together a rotation reviewing Cathe premix times in order to get the shorter cardio in the a.m. And I definitely have better runs later in the day.


Heidi - Sounds like a great wo today and a good plan for tomorrow. I like PS because I think I keep up with Cathe's weight better. All psychological, but hey, I'll take it.


OK, time to chill and hit the sack. See you tomorrow.
