Legs are done - the whole thing! All 80 minutes worth! I hope I can walk tomorrow!
I'm enjoying these wo's because, similar to STS, they work each muscle group in a super set, not each muscle to exhaustion before moving on to the next. Leg is a nice change from cardio legs because it uses light to no weight, but between the lunges, squats, then barre followed by ball and finally floor, it gets every muscle, and gets it good!
Belinda - Congrats on on completing yet another STS rotation! You stick to rotations so well, something I need to get more committed to. So sorry that your foot continues to give you such big problems.
