My heater is working:D I can't stand the cold:(

Yesterday I did 45 min walk.

Sherry - good job on XTrain legs. I will give that one a wirl this week.

Heidi - nice job on Supercuts. Thanks for the recipe sites. I also will check it out.

Well earned rest day here. Can't believe how well I was able to stick with my plan this past week. Would be wonderful if I could keep it up - that'll happen when the kids go off to college, right?

Belinda - So glad you have heat again. Today's wo should get you good and toasty. At least you were able to get in a walk yesterday.

Sherry - enjoy your rest day today. Good job sticking with your plan this week.

I just finished a mix of workouts: I did Slim Sculpt Pilates with Bands (UB/LB /ABS) for 30 min. Really liked it! And it was tough, lol:confused:. Than I did 10 min abs on the ball, followed by Cindy Whitmarch "Fat Burn Circuit" 22 min. Great mix of workouts.

Now it's time to relax. Dinner is in the crock pot, it smells so good. I will be back in the morning. Need to map out my workouts for next week;)

Today I did Turbo Jam 20 min workout + Turbo Jam abs 18 min and did a mix of shoulder workouts.

Sherry - WOW, on your double workouts today. You go, girl!

Heidi - good job with your yoga yesterday. Forgot about that one. How was Burn Sets today? Does it have any high impact? Maybe I will give that one a try.

Evening!

Busy work day for me.

I am SORE!!!! Was going to do XT burn sets for chest, back and shoulders but decided it was best to call it a rest day. Had planned on doing a run this evening but I am just too burned out tonight.

Sherry: AWESOME! Nice job getting it done early this morning before the rush out the door.
It just started snowing here this afternoon...YUCK! Be safe out there!

Belinda: Nice job! Your getting me interested in that workout program. ;) As for the burn sets it is all weights. There are premixes so you can do only one or more body parts.
It reminds me of GS or some of the STS workouts where there are three sets and the third is to failure. Check it out and let us know what you think. :)

WO #2 is done! XTrain CBS Premix 5. That's what I had time for and way better than nothing. I've decided to go with Insanity in the a.m. and the 30-day XTrain Strength rotation in the evening. And with all of the premixes, I really think this is using my time well.

Also, I'm doing all my push-ups on my knees lately. On my toes is bothering my wrist, even with push-up bars. Hopefully as my muscles get stronger, and I get lighter, I can get to doing them on my toes - that is a goal of mine.


Belinda - I love how you mix things up. Are you free-forming it right now without a rotation?

Heidi - Hope you can get in that run tomorrow. Was really messy here today - 2" of snow with a layer of ice on top and then got above freezing to make everything an absolutely mushy mess.


Tomorrow is one of those one day car trips. I am planning to get my cardio in before I leave, but that means getting up a bit earlier than usual. so better get my zzz's now.

Sherry - wtg this morning. I am not following a rotation right now, I try to get all my cardio/weight workout in. I can mix and match. Wishing you a safe trip.

Heidi - I like Turbo Jam, they are a lot of fun. I do everything low impact, still get a good workout in.

Workout is done: I did Stong + Fit legs w/ JS = 10 min + Best Bun & Leg Shaper with Denise Austin from her Personal Training DVD plus Turbo Jam 2= 43 min:eek:

I am going through all my old wo dvds. I still have some that I haven't even open:confused: I will not buy any more workout dvds until I went through all my wokout collection. I am sure, in the progress I will get rid of some;) I have way to many! Can't believe I am saying this:confused:

XTrain B&T done - shortest timesaver premix, but some is better than none!

Belinda - lo9ve how you are mixing and matching. I'm sure I too have a few DVD's that I've never done. Don't want to start that guilt trip right now - it'll distract me and I feel that I've got a plan at the moment.

Time for bed - another early cardio day tomorrow!

Sherry - I have P90X amd Insanity, still haven't done either one, lol. I love my little mix of workouts, at leat I am getting my workouts in. Good job on your B/T workout.

Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit done! Now, heading to the airport - have the necessary DVD's packed so I don't get off track.

Belinda - Enjoy whatever you decide to do. That's the point, right? I'm liking the mix of Shaun T and Cathe. Just would like to have a bit more time in the evenings to get longer weight workouts in. I do need the evenings for heavy weight work. just not with it enough this early in the morning. however, if I keep going and make this a habit . . . :)

Then itread #14 45min

Today's workouts:
Tried my best to to LIS Low impact challenge. I did ok on the first 3 combos and by the 4th I spent too much time rewinding that I gave up and went to the TM for a good interval run of 40min.
Finished up with the stretch from LIC. :)

Tomorrow's plan: XT legs! I am scared all ready! LOL!

Good morning,

Sorry for not checking back last night. Alesia stopped by for dinner and to dropping of her dog. She is going out of town for a few days.

This is what I did yesterday: a pyramid wo w/Jackie Warner + 20 min UB w/ John Spencer. Later in the everning Alesia and I did Turbo Jam = 20 min.

Haven't decited what workout I will do today?


Heidi - try to do LIS without the step;) that's how I lerned the combos. That one is tricky.

Sherry - I did a mix of Shaun T and Cathe before:confused: it was a tough rotation, gave up after 3 weeks. Couldn't sleep at all. I was overtraining:mad: Listen to your body. Shaun T is tough on his own:eek:
