Happy Saturday!
DD had a soccer game at 8:30 this a.m. (and another at 3 this p.m.), so once we got home, I did ST Legs - Standing + Floor + Rear Delts. Not feeling it much in the tri's. I'm taking the lack of DOMS to my muscle getting conditioned to working again. However, the down side has been the needing more sleep and the constantly hungry.
Belinda - Looks like you have a great wo planned - enjoy. Snow still here on the ground (more than a foot) and light showers today - haven't seen the ground since sometime before Christmas. BFFM = Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. Breaks down diet & exercise so not in a generic once plan fits all body types.
Heidi - What are your plans today? How'd the soup go over, or did just you eat it?
