Hi all!

Yesterday ended up being a rest day - had to shuttle kids around in the evening.

Today - Cardio Legs - strength only premix. We'll see how the DOMs are this time. ;)

Belinda - Great job! No STS the past 2 days? Yep, I do own P90X3. DH is really loving it - even thinks he's already getting more cut.

Heidi - great job getting back in the swing of it with GS!

Dinner time. Don't know about you ladies, but I've noticed that my appetite is going through the roof. Trying to keep only good food in the house, but if you eat too much of that . . .

Yesterday I walked the dogs for 40 min and did P90X3 yoga.

Sherry - good job on cardio legs. Any DOMS yet? I hear you on the eating, I have to measure all my food and log into my Fitnesspal.com. Seems to help! Need to stock up on fruit today.

Heidi - good job on your weight workout. Safe travels!

Today I will do P90X3 CVX and walk the dogs. BBL!

Sherry: Great job on your Cardio/strength workout yesterday. :) Today I am making my veg&bean soup so I have something healthy to eat other than DH's Pizza etc... Argh so hard when you live with boys. Not fair right? LOL! Good job on trying to keep it clean too!

Belinda: Sounds like a great walk with the pups. :) Nice to get in yoga too. I haven't done yoga in ages!

Ok today I am SORE! Still sore from Monday's Z Shred workout too! I guess today is a TM run...warm up with XT SC #4 first to loosen up the muscles in my lower half.

Hi, wow checking in twice today. ;)

XT super-cuts timesaver #4 DONE! Tough due to having to rest between exercises to blow nose and cough. ARGH! Will this cold ever go away????

After XT I did a TM 30min workout. Speed only at four and walked.

My soup is in the crock-pot. YEAH! My food for the rest of the week. EAT CLEAN ONLY! :)

12 min w/o from the daily HiiT challenge. Day 3
Then a 30min TM w/o.

Feeling everything! Lol! ;) all in a good way.

My cold is ever so slowly going away. I did less coughing and blowing my nose this time around. ;)

Tomorrow's plan is a Z w/o from her 30 day challenge.
Then either a bike w/o it TM.

Mixing things up a bit. ;)

Oh my soup I made is a hearty vegetable soup. ;) had it for lunch. Yum! ;p

I was very active today:p This morning I did 50 min Strength Training (circuit style) than I did 10 min yoga and 10 min abs:) In the afternoon I walked the dogs for 40 min and did P90X3 CVX:eek: Don't ask me….I had a lot of energy today. I guess:p Now I am ready to take a nap:D


Heidi - are you doing the daily HiiT 30 day challenge? Amazing workout today, girl! Glad you starting to feel better.

Sherry - how are you doing? You must be busy, hah?

Wow, looks like I've been missing the chatter!

Yesterday - snow just before rush hour, so 2 hour commute home, then shoveling the couple inches 'cause DH was shuttling kids around.

Today - 1 mile of sprint intervals followed by yesterday's scheduled Burn Sets B&T - Tri's will be fried tomorrow for sure! Happiness! :D

Belinda - You are doing great! Keep it up! Wasn't feeling the glute DOMS as much as I hoped, so need to take the weight up next time.

Heidi - Yay! You're getting some wo's in! As for food, I need to calculate my calories/macros according to BFFM and stick with it. Yes, is hard to eat healthy, especially with a house full of teenagers eating pizza (while they are gathered around the table playing poker, so lots of soda and chips, too).

Catch you gals tomorrow. DH and I have an episode of Sherlock to catch so we're caught up before the new season starts.

After my coffee I will do P90X3 the Warrior and 10 min yoga. We are covered in snow, not sure if I will walk the dogs today? We shall see.

Sherry - good job on your workout yesterday. Just because you don't feel DOMS, doesn't mean you didn't work your legs good. I try to stay away from Pizza, chips…we don't drink soda. I log all my food into MFP. What is BFFM ?

Heidi - what workout do you have planed today?

LOL! Eating good is definitely half the battle here. ARGH

Yuck on the snow! LOL! Guess I better see what we will have weather wise for the next couple days.

Today's workout went a lot better.
Tm interval run for 40min. 3.2miles speeds up to 6.6. Hardly a cough this time!
After I did Flex Train abs and stretch. Oh I really need to do more stretching for sure! So tomorrow I will do yoga by J. Michaels.

Off to do housemax and laundrymax. The usual weekend duties.

Oh my soup came out good and just the right amount of spice. :)

Happy Saturday!

DD had a soccer game at 8:30 this a.m. (and another at 3 this p.m.), so once we got home, I did ST Legs - Standing + Floor + Rear Delts. Not feeling it much in the tri's. I'm taking the lack of DOMS to my muscle getting conditioned to working again. However, the down side has been the needing more sleep and the constantly hungry.

Belinda - Looks like you have a great wo planned - enjoy. Snow still here on the ground (more than a foot) and light showers today - haven't seen the ground since sometime before Christmas. BFFM = Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. Breaks down diet & exercise so not in a generic once plan fits all body types.

Heidi - What are your plans today? How'd the soup go over, or did just you eat it?

Now to get a few things done around here. Have a good one!

WO done - 1 mile of sprint intervals followed by AOLI HiiT. Everything was kind of stiff this morning, so it was nice to be able to loosen it all up.

Heidi - So glad you are feeling better. Great run! I'm sure you will enjoy your planned yoga today, though I recall it's not exactly slow and relaxing. ;) As for the food battle . . . I think we're at a stalemate right now - neither side is winning according to the clothes fitting barometer.

Belinda - What are your plans today? How do you do keeping eating on track? I think I complain about it the most.

Alright, now to get to the usual weekend stuff - laundry, groceries, etc. Have a good one and stay warm.

Today was JM yoga #1. :) Boy do I need to stretch more often!

Sherry: You are right about that yoga w/o... LOL! Nice job on your interval run and AOLHiit! That's a goodie!
Planning food for the week is tough when you are running around so much. All I can say is make ahead on the weekends if you can or have the time.

Ended up taking a rest day yesterday, my body thanked me for that. lol. Today I am starting M2 Disc 13 and P90X3 week 4!

Heidi - wow, you are on the roll with your workout. Glad you are feeling better.What soup are you and Sherry talking about? Love soup? Do you follow a specific eating program?

Sherry - fantastic job this weekend with your workouts. I log my eat/workouts into Myfitnesspal.com. Can you tell me a little bit more about BFFM? I mean, how do you know how much to eat? Don't worry about complaining to much…we all do.

WO done - CLB tonight. Good think I looked at the rotation 'cause I was getting already for CBS thinking it was an UB day.

Heidi - great job on the yoga. Weekends are hard to make food ahead of time - still running around a lot with the kids. Maybe when the one goes off to college this fall . . . probably not, right?

Belinda - Still rolling along with both STS and P90X3 - awesome! BFFM helps break down the carb, protein and fat intake with calories required to meet your goals (fat loss muscle building, etc.). Another big key is the goal setting - the metal aspect of getting there. See if your library has it to look it over.

Time to get the night time things done. Kids have finals this week, so it's a bit stressed around here. Hope it's quieter at your house. Catch ya later.

I just finished Kickin'Core with Charlene Johnson, very fun workout and P90X3 Dynamix. I will do STS D14 legs tomorrow:) We have almost 8 inches of snow:confused:
