Good morning!
Yesterday's wo was shovel the snow from the plow at the end of the driveway so I could get out to go to work. Since I wanted to rest my shoulder another day, I didn't do the first day of XTrain - CBS, but did BS instead, really focusing on using my glutes and hams to "push" me onto the step rather than having the quads "pull". Really made a difference that I could feel this morning still.
Today I'm working from home due to the bitter cold (-12 right now with a windchill of -37 - yowzas!) and icy roads, so getting a slow start. At lunch I'll take a break and get in yesterday's CBS, then tonight I'd like to make it a double and do Cardio Legs to get back on track.
I've also been reading the goal setting section of BFFM, and maybe that's been part of my problem - true commitment, so I plan to actually do the goal setting exercises.
Belinda - You are really rocking it doing P90X3 and STS! Keep up the great work. How much sleep is this intense wo schedule wanting you to get? My body would be asking for more than usual with that schedule.
Heidi - Are you and the rest of the family feeling better? Staying warm?
