Getting it done for December 2014

Good morning again,

I also did SBF Barre 2 = 35 min + Jessica Smith Mommy + Me Low Impact Cardio = 20 min.
Needed to burn some calories today, eat a lot of food yesterday. LOL.

Thanks everyone! DH and I had a quit and relaxing dinner at a Inn in Virginia. The place was breathtaking and the food was amazing. I ate way to much, didn't finish or touched my dessert. I couldn't eat another bite. LOL!

Cookie - thanks for asking. My tooth is doing a lot better. Pain is almost gone and I can eat on my crown again (soft food).

Good job on your workouts everyone. Keep up the good work!

Hi! Wow December already!

Today was Super Cuts.

Long weekend....did get in basic step upper, bike workout and then a long 4 miles walk with my DH and friend on Sunday.

Monday was just work.

Hi all!

Here's yesterday's post:

WO done - 3 mile run plus stretch.

Eating off - holiday potluck today at work. Bad timing after the over indulging holiday. Having trouble staying away from the bad stuff. But did have white chicken chili waiting when we got home - love the crock pot.

Belinda - Happy Anniversary! Sounds like you had a great weekend.

Heidi - Hope you are recovering from the busy weekend.

Now to get a few things done for tomorrow - like decurding the cottage cheese to get my eating back on track. Hope you had a good one!


As for today, it was LB with trainer. Like how he's mixing it up a bit - heavy weights, light weights, body weight. I'll be walking funny in the morning for sure! it needs to wear off by the evening, because tomorrow is a run day.

Belinda - great job once again on your wo's. You are really doing great. I'm sure that dessert wouldn't even show. ;)

Heidi - nice work with SC today. nice to get back on track.

Eating was on track, until I came home to pizza. Didn't eat too much, but had to have some.

Tomorrow is another day to get it done. Have a good one!
 
Good morning,

Today's plan is: X Train Cardio Leg Blast = 56 min + SBF Feel Good Cardio = 30 min and Jessica's Waistline work = 20 min. Yesterday I finally open my X Train dvd set, about time.
I am kinda following the 90 Day rotation. Not sure, how far I will get….meaning getting bored doing the same workouts over and over again? DH is doing it with me:D For some of the cardio, I will sprinkle Turbo Fire or something else ino_O

Yesterday all my dvd's from Beachbody including the new P90X set came.Monday I bought Jessica's walking dvd's, the came too yesterday :D She had a 50% off sale! Couldn't pass that up:p

Sherry - Thank you! I am sure yours isn't showing either! You are doing fantastic with your workouts. My kinda training. Make sure, you write the exercises down for later. How are you legs feeling today?

Heidi - what are your plans today?

Getting back on track is the name of the game for this month! Well we will try anyway... LOL! It is so hard to escape from all the get together's and food. I guess the best idea is don't say no to everything because then you will be feeling deprived. A little bit to try is a better solution I think.

Sherry: Love hearing how the trainer is working out too. Yes today is the day to start fresh! :)

Belinda: Happy Anniversary! ;) Have a great workout with your plan today! Oh Boy like getting presents early on the DVD's! Wow!

The Xtrain SuperCuts workout really got me good! Booty and around my core area. :) Love it!

Today I will do a solid run...inside on the TM though. It is raining again. :/

Heidi - I agree with you on the food. It's the holiday's…..I am sure, with all your running around and working out nothing will stick:) That's why I am moving a little more this month.

It's late, so this is quick - did sprints tonight. Must have dome something to shock the groin muscles last night in leg work, 'cause I could feel it tonight - not bad, just could feel it like never before.

Belinda - Yay! You opened XTrain! Great wo's today! All of them!

Heidi - Nice run today? SC give you any muscles feeling a bit worked today?

Boy I was really feeling my legs after that interval run yesterday! Sore yesterday afternoon all over. Effects remaining from SC for sure! :)

Tomorrow is cardio leg blast. EEK! :)

Hi all!

I thought about PS tonight, but wanted to do a full UB wo, so went with UB Tri-Sets then SB Abs, though they're still feeling it from the trainer the other day. Groin muscles completely ok today, but glutes talking to me all day long, but especially when using the stab ball for UB work - didn't realize how much they were used there! Lol!

So today was National Cookie Day. DD wanted to so take some to friends, so I just picked up a few at the bakery to share at work , too- just a few . . . really. As it happens though, the culinary school at the college DH teaches at was having a bake sale, so of course he brings home more cookies and some wonderful breads. All the other people in the house can handle the carbs much better than I can. Argh!

Belinda - High five on your wo's today. Is your DH doing these with you? Mine was doing Isometrics earlier - I really should try that sometime - looks great for balance work.

Heidi - High fives to you, too! Too funny on the legs. How's the B&B now?

Obviously still battling the clean eating. Not as good with the crock pot this week. Will plan better this weekend. In between shopping that is. Hope you had a good one!

XTain Biceps + Triceps premix #2 is done.

Sherry - I would be in haven if I had a culinary school near by:p I hear you on the carbs, I am like you! Just looking at them makes me gain weight. Yes, DH is doing the weight lifting part with me. He really likes it:) Haven't done Isometrics in so long. Glad your husband likes it.

Heidi - fantastic job on Pure Strength: Back Biceps and abs! WTG, on your run and DOMS as well. Make sure you stretch your legs good.

Hey,

I just finished SBF LB Barre 2 with the ball = 20 min + Intem. Seat work = 22 min. I love, love barre workouts. Barre really shaped my legs, butt, abs and arms :D didn't see those results with STS:( also did Jessica's stretch = 20 min. I needed that after all that booty workout:p

After my coffee I will do XTrain Legs and SBF Int. UB + Core = 18 min + Vintage Stop Watch Planks = 17 min and Jessica's Strictly Strength = 20 min. I have DOMS in my Triceps. I posted the website of the restaurant, did you see it?

Morning! Sore all over last couple of days. No sleep Thurs or Friday night. Feeling very exhausted today. It is raining here too which makes me feel even more tired. Just want to crawl back into bed. :/

I didn't get in Cardio Leg Blast as planned yesterday due to a very busy work day. Thought maybe I would get to it today but I really don't have the strength in me.

Nice job Sherry and Belinda on your workouts! :) Going back to some older workouts really shows how different they are from the newer ones. :)

I hope you all have a great Saturday and weekend. I hope to get back in the morning to report my workout done this time.

Hallo again,

I am done with all my workouts. I liked XTrain legs and the music.I did do the 80 min one, I did the 56 min one. The floor portion I just did yesterday in barre:D My Glutes are on fire right now. It's also a good travel workout, you really don't need the stability ball, JMO!

I am done for today.

Heidi - sorry about your sleep. I agree, about the older workouts. IMO, they still great! Hope you get your leg workout in today. If not, do it tomorrow.
