Good morning ladies,

Sorry, I never came back and catch up on personals yesterday:eek: Had to much fun this weekend. We didn't leave until late afternoon. DH and I went to the hotel gym (nice). I went for a run on the TM, than we went to the hot tub and pool:p That is one nice resort! After all that we had brunch at the hotel, delish!!:p:p

Today I will do D7 (CSB). Yesterday I ran 3 miles on the TM at the hotel.

Workout is done! I also did the extented stretch, which felt great!

Belinda: Sorry I was MIA this weekend. Busy.... Not what i wanted to be doing though! Oh that hotel sounded nice! Great get away for you both. :)

Saturday: GS Shoulders, Legs standing, BR 8-3
Sunday: GS Chest (fried!!!)
Today: BR July 5 and GS Triceps (OI!)

Tomorrow is BR July 4 and GS Biceps.

I am really feeling my worouts from the past week!!! Wow DOMS everywhere! HAHA!

Sherry: How are you doing? Are you off on another business trip? Wow! I can't believe this summer is flying by and school will be starting soon again!
Will your DD be going back into training for soccor? How is your son doing? It is great that they both are very active...although it must be hard on you with the back and forth driving one here and the other there. ;)
I only have one child left that is in school. A couple more years and it is off to college.

I hope you both had and enjoyed your summer! :)

I am now getting ready to go out so I will be back tomorrow to checkin with you all.

Hi all!

It's been a few long days, but I was finally able to get in a 2 mile run. Wanted to run longer, but was outside and the nats were pretty bad. The trail runs along a creek.


Belinda - Sounds like you had a very nice weekend.

Heidi - Enjoy those DOMS! You earned them!


Sorry to short - can't count the hours I've worked over the weekend (yes, over the weekend) and today. Really just need sleep. And we won't even discuss eating, which is way out of wack. Needing sleep while I can get it. See you later. Can't guarantee tomorrow.

I forgot to post my workouts this morning:confused: I did Hiit PDW and Amy Bento 10 min solution "Hot Body Boot Camp" the cardio part was to short, liked it! the Ab assault was awesome, loved it! Calorie blasting drills, was great... and the better body stretch was different, loved it. Need to pull that one out more often. The only complain I have with this DVD is, she gave you a warm up and a cool down with every segment. That wasn't nessesary, IMO!

Heidi - enjoy your DOMS! One of those day's I will be brave and do one off those workouts. Do you have a timer?

Sherry - nice run, girl! Hope you got some sleep. BBL!
 
Hi ladies!

Got in a run again tonight. ITread #1 for 20 min on the treadmill. Just long and intense enough. Showered. Now in the hotel restaurant and waiting for food. Then going straight to bed. Another long day, and tomorrow promises to be the same. The runs are helping to keep me sane!

Belinda - that sounds like a great wo! Change is good, which is why I was doing ShaunT lately, but I missed Cathe. My computer for work doesn't play DVD's, so can't take them on the road. The iTread's are helping on the road. Might get some more of their stuff.

Heidi - what did you do today?

Dinner's here. Time to eat then hit the sack. Night.

Argh! yesterday was a bust for any workouts. Woke at 4am with a major migraine. Feeling better today and on new meds.

I did my workout that I was going to do yesterday:
GS biceps
BR July 4th interval

Great workout and tough! :)

Sherry: That is great that you are getting in your runs either inside or out. I hear ya on the bugs! Trying to run a trail with horseflies chasing me is a pain in the backside for sure! Well I guess it makes you run faster right? HAHA!
Hope you had a great dinner! How is the food? :)

Belinda: Great job on your workout! Have you done those abs yet? ;) How are things there? Have you found anything interesting for houses? How are the kids doing? Is your DD still in Florida? How about your son? Still going to school in Texas?
Hope all is well with them. :)

Hey Belinda: I do have a timer that I use. I also can use my phone for the time challenges. Using the timer helps when I want to know how long an exercise routine is. for instance:
Doing just biceps today: warm-up, biceps and stretch: Total time: 23.15mins. ;)
I can enter each workout I did into the WM for time and Met Value. Some of the DVD's don't have premixes for just doing 1 body part...so this helps keeping track of each one.

Does that make sense? Ya lots of details but I like knowing how long a routine will take me incase I am short on time. ;)

Oh you bet I have DOMS! EVERYWHERE! haha! All in a good way.

Starting Tomorrow I am following the CTX series for one body part per day. So it will be back,shoulder,legs, chest, tri and then bi. abs thrown in and BR. Cardio on the side later.

Anyone want to follow me???? ;)

I am enjoying some great DOMS and challenges with BR. I have DOMS today in my quads and inner thighs.

Getting some great lat and ab definition from the BR workouts too. :) Using heavier weights on squats then I have ever used too. My arm/ab strength for planks is noticeably stronger as well. ;) So it is fair to say I am gaining strength and stamina all around. Getting pretty darn good with that jump rope too. HAHA!

I did CTX Power Circuit back and then the time challenge from BR. 4 exercises 4 times through in 13.06 min. What got me the most today were the jump squats and skaters!

My total W/O today was 44.42min.

Sherry: How goes the travels? :) What itreads have you picked out? LOVE THESE!

I am Hannah. I am 4ft 11 and I weigh 160 and am looking to lose 30 pounds but will settle for 10.

I have been a couch potato for the past 15 years. I am so out of shape! I don't have many of Cathe programs so I have trouble with developing a rotation and really need your help. Any suggestions would be helpful and much appreciated.

Here are the list of workouts that I have:

Low Max
Butt and gutt
STS

Turbojam and Chalean Extreme

I will do STS Disc 9 today!

We made a bid on a house yesterday. Keep your fingers crossed;) We had a house showing on Tuesday, fell in love with the house. It's a short sale...not sure, if we get it or not? With a short sale, the bank has the last word on the house.The house is bigger than I wanted, but the price is right. The house is 4000 sqft. That's big, ha? The basement is awesome, would be perfect for a workout roon:p:p

Hannah - Hi and Welcome:) Why don't you do an STS rotation? That one will help you lose weight and give you nice musle defination:eek: You do M/W/F STS as is;) Tues/Thur/Sat - you can mix TJ, LM, BS?

If you don't want to do an STS rotation, you can do something like this:

Mon - Low Max
Tues - Charlean Extreme ( I think those are like circuits?) plus abs
Wed -Turbo Jam (cardio)
Tursday - Butts and Gutts
Friday - Basic Step or Low Max
Saturday - Charlean Extreme (if those are circuits)plus abs
Sunday - Rest or take a walk!

Hey Belinda! Oh that is great news on the house! Wow! It does sound big but love the idea of a basement workout area! :) This is where I do mine and it helps when it is broiling hot outside!

Just finished my workout and what a burner!!! TRIPLE THAT!!!!

CTX: All step warm-up

BR: Aug 11th workout (OMG!) this was a tough one! First part was 8min of pure sweat and the second part was a killer leg burner. I couldn't get as low on the one-leg squat's to the ball so I used a chair instead. HAHA! Cheated! ;) But I really coulnd't get back up again!

Next was CTX (all step) shoulders and stretch. Skipped the abs because I did them yesterday.

I am totally fried from top to bottom! Let's see how I feel tomorrow! I have chest and a run on tap.

Belinda: Great job doing your abs. Have fun with disc 9. :)
