I did turbo jam 20 minutes...

Belinda: Thank you for the welcome. Hehe...I guess I forgot to metion that I am fairly new to workout. STS will kill me for sure. :D

Hey Hannah!

Nice job on your workout! Even though you were running a little late. Hey it is FRIDAY!!! :)
For STS use light weights to start and work your way up. ;) I like Belinda's suggestion for the rotation too. Weights one day and the next cardio. Good plan. :)

This is going to be short.

Workout tonite:

Sts disc one..oh...my poor arms....all those push-ups....
I use no weights but it still hard. :eek:

I will be feeling this tomorrow for sure. The hair dryer is going to be heavy.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I will not be around. I work the weekends. I will be back Monday or Tuesday.

Hi all!

I'm back! It's been a really long week, and needed yesterday to decompress. not sure if I said, but there's a really big issue at work, and I was out of town all week (including last weekend) working very long hours. I'm heading out again this week, which looks like it will be just as rough. We'll get it resolved, but at the cost of some good night's sleep and not as much exercise.

WO plans for the day include a long run, which will be more run/walk since I'm trying to get distance. I'd like to do a circuit wo also to work the muscles, but we'll see if I have the energy later. It's raining right now, so I'll need to find the window inbetween the drops.


Belinda - So excited about the house! Hope it works out! After working out in your RV, a whole basement will seem luxurious!

Heidi - Way to go on those BRs! Do you think they're helping more with cardio or strength?

Hannah - Welcome! Embrace the DOMS from the STS push-ups, if you can even move the next day. Some of the wo's are more killer than others, but the program does produce some great results!


Now off to start LaundryMax. And wait for the rain to subside. BBL.
 
Morning Belinda, Sherry and Hannah! :)

This weekends workouts: CTX Step Intervals with chest and Triceps.

Sherry: It is raining here on and off as well. I got up early to take a run but it was raining so did a step workout instead.
As for BR...I think it is helping with cardio and overall strength. I can manage all push-ups better and have been increasing my weights for the workouts too. I used what Cathe did for chest and for triceps I started with 30 but had to drop to #25. My chest was on fire and is sore today. This made doing the first tricep workout difficult for sure! ;)

I hope to get in a run later with abs because I didn't do them Friday or Saturday.

Have a great run today! I am sure it will help relax you a bit too. :) Sorry to hear about the work issues.

Belinda: Soooo have you tried one yet? HEHE! That last one I did was a butt burner for sure! OOF! I really like these quick workouts! They touch on most everything in a short time.
Nice job on MMS Fusion! Haven't attempted that one yet but it sound like a good one!

Hannah! Wow! Nice job on STS! Way to go! How are those arms today? :) Remember you can always cut down on the reps or use lighter weights to start with. :) You do want to be careful so you dont get sidelined with an injury.
Make out your workout plan for the week! It really helps to know what you are going to do for the day when you wake up. This way you don't waste valuable time trying to figure out what your going to do. :)

Tomorrow is CTX Legs (I call them Leaner Meaner Legs) These are going to be tough!

I'm back.

Well, I did get in a run, but legs were heavy and tight the entire time. Definitely not one of my best, but it is done, which is better than nothing at all.

Heidi - Nice job getting those DOMS! Were you able to dodge the raindrops and get in a run, too?
