Morning Belinda, Sherry and Hannah!
This weekends workouts: CTX Step Intervals with chest and Triceps.
Sherry: It is raining here on and off as well. I got up early to take a run but it was raining so did a step workout instead.
As for BR...I think it is helping with cardio and overall strength. I can manage all push-ups better and have been increasing my weights for the workouts too. I used what Cathe did for chest and for triceps I started with 30 but had to drop to #25. My chest was on fire and is sore today. This made doing the first tricep workout difficult for sure!
I hope to get in a run later with abs because I didn't do them Friday or Saturday.

Belinda: Soooo have you tried one yet? HEHE! That last one I did was a butt burner for sure! OOF! I really like these quick workouts! They touch on most everything in a short time.
Nice job on MMS Fusion! Haven't attempted that one yet but it sound like a good one!
Hannah! Wow! Nice job on STS! Way to go! How are those arms today?
Remember you can always cut down on the reps or use lighter weights to start with.
You do want to be careful so you dont get sidelined with an injury.
Make out your workout plan for the week! It really helps to know what you are going to do for the day when you wake up. This way you don't waste valuable time trying to figure out what your going to do.
Tomorrow is CTX Legs (I call them Leaner Meaner Legs) These are going to be tough!
